I bought one of these bags. it works really well if strapped onto molle equipment, but one strap broke when i strapped it onto my bikerack because it WAY too much tension on the strap.

I bought two for my bugout bag. The pouch has elastic sown inside to anchor your gear and also prevents the case from falling completely open (allowing items to fall out). As with all my gear, I put this one through the wringer. Quality product!

I use this with the utility pouch on my vest and it fits just enough for entries, combined with a small pack. It holds a tourniquet, IV stuff and a few other items. You can pack all the other stuff in the bigger bag if things go south, keeping it light weight, and mobile. Great pouch for the price.

Load this pouch up with all your essential tools, springs, pins, flints,lights, mirrors and duct tape before heading out into the field for the day! It's many individual straps and pockets will hold all the gear you may need to strip, repair, report and/or survive a malfunction! Get One!

Great pouch for the money. If you are looking at the EMT pouch with the supplies in it, save your money. If you are an LEO, and are friends with your ambulance crews or local hospitals, let them give you what you need as far as first aid gear. They'll gladly give you more stuff than you can cram in the pouch.

I USE THIS POUCH FOR WORK(PUT MY TOOLS IN).AND USE THE OUTSIDE TO ATTACH ANOTHER MOLLE POUCH(SMALL). I PUT MY WORK KNIVE IN IT.I PUT THIS POCUH TRU THE RINGER.ITS STILL HOLDING STRONG.THAT WHY I BROUGHT ANOTHER ONE.GREAT PRICE MADE BY(CONDOR).

I bought this pack a while back to use in airsoft, and it has served me very well. The buttons broke after about 4 months of use (which is why it got 4 instead of 5 bullets), but they weren't hard to replace. Plenty of storage space, and well worth the price!

Works well, has MOLLE straps on the outside for attaching other items even though this isn't included in the picture.
