Too small, 05/10/2008 |
| Reviewer: darell |
| They dont fit many mags, you cant do them up!
Rubbish, not worth a dime unless you have small mags.
They should say SMALL MAGS ONLY. |
too small, 05/07/2008 |
| Reviewer: southern survivalist |
| I ordered one of these for my vest and it's too small. I tried it with mags for a 1911, S&W 4566, S&W 5900, S&W M&P 9mm, HK USP compact, SIG P-229, SIG P-220, Walther P99, Glock 19, and Glock 23......none of them fit.
It does, however, fit mags for a Glock 26 and S&W M&P compact. I don't recommend this pouch. |
good value, 04/24/2008 |
| Reviewer: Jonathan |
| I just gave this a bad review because my mags didn't fit well, just found the adjustment spot for the pouch down the back of the top strap, fits my mags great now, I really like it. |
not the greatest, 04/24/2008 |
| Reviewer: Jonathan |
| I ordered these to go with a cheap vest i got here, MOLLE-305, which I am very pleased with. I however an not overly pleased with this mag pouch. Is is a little loose and fits my sig p226 mags very poorly, they barely fit. I won't be buying another. |
Good mag pouch, 04/14/2008 |
| Reviewer: OC455 |
| I read the reviews first and was hesitant about purchasing the pouches. After receiving them and then attaching to the vest, adjustment was easy to do to get the flap to close over my Glock M22, 15rd magazines. They hold the mags securely in place and stay flat on the vest. Slip a plastic ruler or something else between the velcro's hook and loop and then make the adjustment to the flap to fit the magazine. |

| POUCH IS OK.IT FITS MY CZ-52 MAGS PERFECT.BUT IT WORKS FINE FOR MY MAGS FOR MY XD9.THE POUCH DIDN'T FIT THE WAY OF A MOLLE SYSTEM WORKS.BUT FOR THE PRICE IT IS STILL WORKS FOR ME(IN SECURITY).I WOUNDER IF ANYONE AT CTD CHECK MOLLE GEAR,FOR THE RIGHT FIT??? |
Not big enough, 02/13/2008 |
| Reviewer: CPD SWAT |
| This is rough and tough material. I bought 2. Too bad i can't use it. I have a Ruger P94, and a Beretta M9. Both mags fit in the pouch. BUT IT WILL NOT CLOSE. I have a baby glock 27 (off duty) and the little baby mag fits perfectly, and closes. Any large frame pistol magazine is not ideal for this item. It looks great on my vest. Too bad i have no use for it what so ever. |
molle COMPATIBLE, not molle STANDARD, 02/08/2008 |
| Reviewer: Legion |
| It's true that you get what you pay for.
This pouch is MOLLE compatible. However, the 2nd (lower-most) strap in the horizontal MOLLE webbing on the back of the pouch I received is not the standard 1 inch apart. It is approximately 0.5 inches apart, and it is crooked.
Don't get me wrong: I have no problem with children slaving away in a 3rd-world sweatshop to make my toys, but I don't think it's too much to ask to teach them how to sew on a strap in a straight line.
I was still able to weave the pouch onto my MOLLE webbing.
The material seems reasonably durable. As another reviewer pointed out, the top flap IS velcroed in place and can be extended outwards to accomodate longer magazines. Be aware, though, if the magazine is too long, the flap won't be very secure. You can always sew on an extension, however.
Overall, this is a great pouch for the price. I subtracted a bullet for the poor workmanship of the back webbing. |
VELCRO LENGTH ADJUSTABLE, 01/19/2008 |
| Reviewer: UPDATE Glock/Steyr FAN |
| INTERESTIN NEGATIVES, these mags are velcro adjustable, much like UNCLE MIKE'S velcro holsters. Older versions had the velcro sewn onto the pouch, ALL of my recent pouches were adjustable (in the past year). You need a plastic piece to slide between the velcro and pouch to adjust the length of the velcro. You could probably just use a ruler or something thin and flat.
It happens, but I thought EVERYONE would figure this out, guess not! |
NO GLOCK MAGS!, 01/10/2008 |
| Reviewer: APD 333 |
| Godo quality but will not fit Glock High Cap 22 (15 round) mags! They shouel cover the description a little better on the size. If you have a Glock 23 the female style gun you can get away with it jsut fine. Careful |
To good to be true, 01/04/2008 |

| I purchased two of these pouches thinking it would be able to hold my Sig 220 or Glk 21 mags, boy what a let down! CTD should of described it's capacity under the product's "more info" tab. For the future, I would call the Cust. Serv. line for more information about the item before purchasing. |
BEST DOUBLE STACK POUCH, 12/26/2007 |
| Reviewer: GLOCK/STEYR MAN |
| The best for high capacity mags, holds the mags tighter than cheaper UTG products. The belt retaining snaps have not failed and I own a lot of these pouches. The non-velcro tab aides in releasing the velcro closure. |
Best of the Best, 10/06/2007 |

| I finally found the right mag pouch for my S&W Sigma 40VE. Seems there's not many accessories for the Sigma yet, as the mags are a bit wider than most, and this pouch really compliments them. I was really impressed with the heavy material and the quality manufacturing. I guarantee that you won't be sorry you bought this model... |

| I second that review. Good quality and fits Glock mags perfectly. But when are they going to invent silent Velcro?! Recommended
