Finally the best Military MOLLE Pack has arrived! This is the most complete, inventive pack we have ever seen, loaded with custom design features that meet and match all environments and applications.

This pack integrates Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) designs. Every feature of this pack has been carefully engineer for both versatility and adaptability.

Main Compartment is 20" tall, 19" wide and 12" deep with four quick release straps to hold the load in place. Dual nylon mesh pockets with zippers, MOLLE webbing, dual covered vent holes on the top for radio antenna or bladder tube. Oversized, hook & loop fastened, covered center hole for antenna or pole. This main compartment is surrounded by four self-healing zippers providing the maximum in accessibility. Any zipper can be moved to allow access from the top or either side or split wide to facilitate initial pack loading.

Outer Upper compartment opens with dual zippers and is 14" tall, 12" wide and 3" deep. There is a key holder, three document pockets, pen and calculator pockets and dual bungee cords that tie down and adjust with hook-and-loop to provide the maximum load retention and stabilization. This pouch is covered with MOLLE straps and offset with dual gussets so the attached MOLLE accessories do not need to conform to the contour of the loaded pack. A hidden zippered compartment rests beneath the outer compartment and is perfect for maps, documents or charts.

Lower Outer Compartment is dressed with more MOLLE straps and continues with the same dual self-healing zippers. Inside mesh pouches will secure your small items. An auxiliary zippered mesh pouch secures your valued items and keeps them within quick reach. 12.5" wide, 6" tall and 3" deep.

Dual Side Pouches with MOLLE webbing outers and dual self-healing zippers 9" tall, 5" wide and 2.5" deep, perfect for ammo, magazines or water bottles.

Top carry handle, side balance carry handle and compression straps. The attention to detail is so fine that each piece of strap webbing has a hook-and-loop keeper to roll up excess straps and keep your pack and appearance in top form.

Fully Adjustable shoulder straps with quick release buckles and padded back rest with raised contour pads to prevent fatigue. Padded lumbar support with adjustable waist support for even load distribution. Clever design allows this waist belt support to be removed to cut weight and tighten the packs' profile for air or ground transport.

Rigid hidden pouch is beneath the padded back with access granted by a full length zipper, padded support and provides another perfect storage area for documents or your pressed dress shirts by providing both separation and support to the stored items.

Without a doubt, this is the best operationally designed MOLLE pack we have seen, providing the lightweight versatility of the MOLLE system, and the attention to detailing of an advanced backpack. Weighs 5.2lbs, constructed of rugged nylon. This premium pack is defined by every zipper being corded for quick access and every stitch has been planned to maximize the versatility and functionality of this Ultimate MOLLE Pack. Black. 1000 Denier.

I just received pack, and I have to say it's just replaced all of my other packs. This is a very well designed pack with excellent padded shoulder straps, chest strap that connects the shoulder straps, very well padded waist strap and a padded back on the back --- comfort. The pack itself has several pockets and areas to separate your supplies and was well designed. One other feature that is great is that each of the straps ends with a velcro strip that allows you to velcro (tie) up the extra strapping from not hanging down. I see a few more of these bags in the near future arriving on my doorstep.

I bought 2 of these packs, one for me and the other for my brother-in-law. Mine is olive and his is black. The olive one is a lot better product than the black one, and is holding up alot better. The black one had a seam rip out, has plastic buckles to secure the top of the shoulder straps and the "antenna holes" just were not cut into it. Both the packs have had zipper issues, but the olive one not as bad. and both have the cheap plastic zipper pulls on them. They are good packs for the money, just as roomy as the camelback version, you just arent paying for that brand name. the molle straps are tough and plenty. when i pack this sucker to go to the field i keep thinking i'm forgetting something because i still have room left when all my crap is in it.

This bag I bought two for the wife and I to use as deployment bags for a specialized Medical response team we belong to. Found that we were able to get three days of clothes, food and medical supplies into this large bag and there is room for more. Bought extra external bags for easy to reach items. Did have a issue with a zipper but with the self repair feature it was resolved with no problems.

Good for the money better with modifications.

After geting a PACK-125 I found it to be too small for an adult BO bag, but perfect for the kiddo. Pack 125 has a better compression strap and hydro bladder compartment also. This pack's waist belt is kinda light and thin for mounting anything on it. (remember what you carry on your waist aint on your back). I cut the waist straps off of it and replaced with G.I. pistol belt. Now can carry anything on waist: ka-bar, pistol, and water bottles fit pretty well inside a MOLLE325 pouch. *NOTE* pouch 325 is just the right size to sew a nylon holster inside to hold a Glock 34 for CCW use. You dont want your ccw pistol inside your pack for SHTF! The side pockets are perfect for two 0.5 liter bottles. The main compartment does have straps but would be better with partitions. The bottom compartment is just right for a good home-made first aid kit and G.I. poncho or change of clothes. This bag is fine for a 3-day self-sufficient pack for adult. If you are not carying food or water, get pack 125.

I've had mine about 6 months now. Nothing has snapped or broke yet, but you can tell the quality just isn't there. For example, plastic buckles instead of steel, 1-2 rows of stitching in places when there should be more, etc. Zippers are kind of on the cheap side too. But hey, this is what, a $50 pack? It'll probably last me a couple of seasons. But in the mean time, I'm having a hard time finding a replacement that is as functional in design as this one.

I bought this backpack after reading the reviews. I knew what I was getting into. When I opened the box the pack looks nice right off the bat. My zipper pulls didn't fall off, and all my zippers work well. I was expecting cheap plastic buckles but that was an understatement! The buckles on the chest strap, and the straps inside the bag are tiny and didn't hold two pounds of pull. I cut them off and replaced them immediately. The buckles that hold the shoulder pads at the bottom are also plastic, and I will be replacing them as well, but have held up so far. The plastic back loop clips that hold the top of the shoulder pads don't work well but they are nothing a couple safety pins didn't fix. Other than that this pack has been AWESOME! I skateboard with it everyday and have had my spills with it and all the fabric has held up well. I have the MOLLE hydration system attached in the main compartment, and that supplies all the loop fasteners I will ever need. My daily working load for this backpack is 25 - 30 pounds. And I have had no problems with it. I will have this pack for a long time! If you are willing, and resourceful enough, to fix the small problems as soon as you get this pack you will not be disappointed.

I bought this pack about a year ago, I needed it much like the other person lugging around a laptop, all sorts of other electronics, wires, tools and the like. I also knew that I needed something heavy for college that could stand up to all the textbooks and assorted other odds and ends I liked to keep with me. Often I put my backpacks through alot, and they do not last long at all, but this one I have filled to the brim with heavy heavy stuff, and its still with me today. My favorte part about this pack is its big enough to carry a few 33 1/3 records, other packs arn't big enough to do so.

I have been using this bag five days a week for seven months. I carry about 25 pounds. Here are my observations: 1. As noted by others, the zipper pulls come off easily; this is not a big deal--they can be put back on or replaced with gutted paracord. 2. The straps are beginning to show some wear. The softer fabric on the side that faces your shoulder has been snagged some and the seams along the sides of the straps are a little loose. 3. The rear, lower outside corners of both side pockets show considerable wear; I don't know why since they don't rub any part of my body when I walk with the pack on, and I don't set the pack on abrasive surfaces. With the "negatives" out of the way, here are some positives: 1. The pack is HUGE when fully packed. It can also be compressed when the full capacity is not needed. 2. It is at least as water-resistant as any consumer or faux-military I've seen. 3. The three carrying handles are very handy when passing the pack through small spaces. 4. You can attach PLENTY of gear to the PALS webbing on the outside of the pack. Other comments: 1. I wish that the pack had PALS webbing on the inside.

I was really hopeful for this pack...it was the right price, right size...I thought it was a steal. It was a steal alright, as in money stolen from my checking account for a product that really, really sucks. I am a technical consultant and haul around a laptop, proxima, cables and geek junk galore (typically around 35lbs) through airports all year to the tune of about 50,000 frequent flyer miles last year. I thought that this pack would finally be the one to hold up...but no. At about one week two of the zipper pulls gave way...most of the rest gave out shortly thereafter. One zipper split and would not repair itself, three buckles blew up and the internal wall between the lower compartment and the main split out. And this was all within three months! Yeah, I'm tough on gear but I'm not abusive and geeks aren't exactly doing CQB. I have since dropped $120 on a Maxpedition Vulture 2 and it has been solid for me. Usually CTD has great stuff for a fraction of the price with pretty good overall quality. This, however, is not the case with this pack, it's cheap junk.

I had a similar problem with the plastic buckles for the adjustable sholder straps. The pack was great for approximately 7 months. Just last week, with approximately 35 lbs of gear, and no where close to anything, the plastic buckle for the right sholder strap gave way. Change the plastic to metal, and it would be one great ruck.

Save up money and buy a name brand instead

This MOLLE pack appeared pretty useful when it arrived. No zipper problems (easy to reset zippers). This pack is NOT built for heavy loads. It did not last a full school year (9 months) with my standard loadout of books. If all you need this for is a pile of clothes, you will do fine to order it. If you plan on putting anything heavy in it (such as mountain gear to backpack with), forget it. There is no way to fix the permanently stitched plastic buckles that broke on the shoulder strap. As a sort of jury-rig fix (so the pack wouldn't be complete trash), I removed the rest of the broken plastic, and just looped the nylon from the shoulder strap through the nylon on the bag (that the plastic part was attached to) and tied it off, but it still won't support heavy loads with the knot. The waterproof lining also wore away in the bottom and one of the inside tie-down straps is hanging on by a few threads, ready to break--useless. Better to save up more money and buy the rock solid offerings from a name brand company such as Maxpedition or Blackhawk or Camelbak. This pack suited my needs very well for a few months, but is really not machined for strenuous use. I was SOOOO tempted to give it only 1 bullet, but it WAS useful for a short stretch, and the ballistic nylon itself is rugged. It's just stitched together poorly.

Piece of Junk...

Well, it appeared to be well made when I took it out of the box, but within the first five minutes I had three problems. One of the zipper pulls came off. Okay, no big deal, I can fix that. Then a zipper was off track and I had to wrestle with it to get it back on track. Then I hoped that those were just two flukes since the reviews were good. Well, just as I was starting to pack it, another zipper was off track and in the process of fixing that the zipper bent so that the pull came off. That's when I decided to send it back. Unless you a prepared for constant, (and I mean right out of the box), maintenance, I'd choose something else... Probably a brand name bag...

This pack is great. So many compartments and so versatile that it can be used for anything. I bought it to use for hunting trips but I bought a black pack to use as a carry-on bag for flying because I can pack so much into it and since it has convenient handles that allow it to be carried like a suit case as well it make getting on and off a plane easy. I hope they come out with one in Army Digital so I can get one for my brother who is leaving for the Army in a few months.

Cool four way zipper so you can open the bag when seated and get to stuff on either side or top without it all spilling out. Most bags have two zippers, but with four you can lots of access to your geat when riding on a truck so you can grap something without hoisting the bag into your lap. Nice rugged pack that looks just like the military pack but costs less. Nice pack because it is designed to carry lots of gear and still put more Molle pouches on the outside as well. Inside has a little office area for note pads, pens and such. I could not think of an improvement except to have more colors to pick from.
