Heavy duty, clear, collapsible water jug. Don't guess how much water you have left. Clear tank allows for instant inventory of any liquid at a glance. Once drained-fold or roll up and put away or discard. The perfect solution to transporting and storing water, ice, tea, or other drinks where space is a concern. Throw one in your glove box, trunk, or leave at the deerblind to wash game.

The next time disaster strikes you will have plenty of water with these Five gallon water jugs. Features twist on and twist off spigot and sturdy carrying handle. Mouth is large enough for quick fill and will accept ice cubes or fill with water and freeze then place in ice chest with food. As water melts it stays in the jug, simply pour it out and drink. Don't buy expensive, dirty, bagged ice and flood your food. Make your own ice at home and drink it as it melts. Fill with water and place in freezer. If power goes out-it acts as a huge block of ice saving your food without leaking on the floor as it thaws. When power is restored-it automatically freezes again ready to go. With summer temps way up-be prepared for the next rolling brown out.

I purchased a three pack of these several years ago. I had them filled when Ilost my power and lost my water since I have a well. After teh [power came back on I came back to CTD and bought 15 more. I keep 4 filled at all times so if I lose power I still have water for cooking/drinking. They store great so when I wan tto go camping I can fill tehm up and use them, and store them when I'm not. If you live in teh country and lose your wel from power loss you'll be sorry you dont have a dozen or so of these.

I bought a few of these and really like them. I gave them 4 out of 5 bullets because I thought the handle was sort of just o.k. I have some other jugs like this with red plastic handles that are heavier duty and more comfortable when carrying 40+ pounds any distance. Tried the ice idea as the description suggested-good idea! Worked like a charm and my food stayed pretty dry (except for some minor condensation) I would buy again.
