Not Worth The Money, 07/03/2007 |

| I just got received my package. I take the plastic off of the first aid kit and the lid falls off. I put it back on and it falls off again. It's made of very cheap plastic! I could have bought a tackle box and all the stuff that was in this first aid kit for around $12.00. There's really not anything in this kit that would be of real help in an emergency. The only stuff in this kit is stuff we all have at home in our medicine cabinets. How about some stitches or tape to close a would until you could get medical attention. I am really disappointed. I bought this to put on our boat in case of an emergency and I can tell you that's not where it will be going. It will be going in the closet to sit until I run out of peroxide or bandaids and then I'll pull it back out again. Don't waste your money on this kit. |

| My wife and I were in need of a good first aid kit, and were not satisfied with what the local Wal-Mart had to offer. While trying to decide on where else to look, I smacked myself in the forehead when I realized that CTD might have just what we were looking for. We drove home and got online. By the time my wife got our little boy into the house and put in a Disney movie for him to watch, I was reading about this kit! I participate in Amtgard, a game in which we reinact medieval combat. Nothing really serious happens, but the occasional injury does occur. I have a 2-year old son that loves to play rough and get dirty. As a family, we like to get together with friends and go fishing, camping, and lots of other outdoor activities. This little first aid "tackle box" has come in real handy! When my friend, Gary, saw it, he went online and got one, too!
A definate must-have for an active lifestyle, we call it the'Nurse in a Box'! |
