Great mag

I ordered a couple of these and a couple of 3 or 4 other mags the CTD sells and these were the most interesting. Of the two one was filthy and worn with paint on it and the other one was like new. Have not had them out shooting but I can tell these mags will run great for me. The dirty one I cleaned in the sink oiled the spring and it looks like I will get years of use out it. The springs are strong and they are very easy mags to clean and maintenance. I wish they were $9 still.

The other reviews are not bad so im not going to bag on them to much, but i bought three of these and they are terrible. I washed them like every one else and the springs still stick and jam bullets. I payed th original price 9 bucks but they are not worth the 19 their asking now

mags well worth the money

Purchased 6 mags to use with my Bushmaster XM-15E2. Like previous reviews, mags very dusty and a little worn, BUT for ten bucks worth the effort to clean them up. Took the advice of another reviewer and disassembled, put everything but the springs in the dishwasher. The springs were in very good shape, no signs of rust, gave them a once over with some lube, re-assembled...work great! I'll probably buy a few more soon. By the way, the fit like a glove in my Bushmaster. Great buy!!

I have owned one of these mags for several years and i love. Has always been reliable with no major issues. Like some reviews said it could be a little dirty it is used afterall but for 10 bucks cleaning it shouldn't be an issue.

Orlite mag.

Ordered 5 - 30 rd. mags. Very dirty but easy to clean. Take them apart, wash with soap and warm water.Dry them and lube'em. The only part that could rust is the spring. Great price. Gotta go, headed to the range. PS: DON'T BREATH IN THE DUST THAT COMES OFF THEM WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OUT OF THE PACKAGE....

Like everybody says they are dirty. Mine had blue paint on them. Just clean them up and they work great. I ran 400 rounds thru my Bushmaster and nary a single jam. Except when I used the wolf ammo. My receiver, bolt & carrier are all brand new and I figure they need to be broken in a lttle more for the wolf stuff. Can't beat the price!

good if..

I had 2 of these and 2 magpul mags that came with my bushmaster. I found that they feed flawlessly but whatever you do, don't store them full. the olite compound is weak at the top of the magazine and cannot take the strain of being full all the time. if you just want extras buy them.

I brought two of the used Orlite 30 Round Clips. I already have 7 I brought with My Bushmaster. Had I been aware of these I could have saved some money and brought even more. They are dirty but easy to clean and work outstanding.....

Pleased with it!

I've bought several mags for my Bushmaster AR-15. I wanted to use all new Bushmaster mags in it. Now that I've had it awhile I decided to see what else was out there. So I ordered a couple of these mags. Like everyone here has been saying. When I got them they were very dirty and didn't look like much. I cleaned them all up and let them dry. I got them all oiled up and let them set for awhile. I had 80rnds of Wolf Military ammo that just wouldn't fire in my Bushmaster mags worth a darn. It would shoot and jam. Over and over with this ammo. I had set it to the side figuring I'd have to single shoot it all until out. I ended up loading both these mags up with that Wolf ammo. I didn't have one jam or misfire. I have no idea why they work in these mags. Dirty, used plastic mags and they fire in. All my other mags were new $30 mags. I'm not complaining at all. I was thrilled to be able to fire off those rounds.

I wanted to get a cheap mag for my bushmaster so for ten bucks no big deal if it was no good. This is a great mag. It's dirty and used, but worth the price. I will be getting more soon.

so-so

Only so-so design. Yes they do hold bullets and feed well, but they arent too friendly to stripper clip loaders. Since they dont use the same floorplate design as a g.i. M4 magazine they wont accept ranger plates, magpuls, etc. The floorplate slides over the sides of the magazine (just like glock mags), so they are wider than normal-so they wont stack correctly in magazine pouches that are full height. Spend the extra $3 and get mil-spec.

Got a couple of these. They were dirty. Can tell they are used but I soaked them in some hot soapy water, wiped them off, took them apart, put some oil on the spring, and now they look and work like new. I am really happy with them.

I bought 2 of these for my Bushmaster. They work great. No jams, or bad feeds. Will purchase 5 more. Maybe 10.

I love the mag, aside from a few cosmetic scratches the mag worked grate. Cleaned it off oiled up the spring loaded in 30 rounds and ran it through my M4 bushmaster flawless. A grate trainning mag and possible field magazene. Will defently be buying more in the furture.

My stag-15 LOVES this mag - it works even better (for me) than any USGI mag I've used. The other orlite on here doesn't fit my stag-15 --- I will be buying a LOT of these - AWESOME mag.

These are good mags and work in my 556, but do not put them into a FS2000. I like to have never got it out. They clean up well and work better than the thermamold's

Not a bad buy

Not a bad mag. They feel more durable than the steel and aluminum mags, but then again I don't torture test my gear. They do feed reliably in my Carbon 15 rifle. You can tell by looking at them that you have a used mag, so keep an eye out for the new ones when they're available (they usually only cost a little more).
