Extremely reliable and durable AR-15 magazine at a great price.

Collecting input from military, law enforcement, and civilian shooters, TAPCO has designed a magazine that can be depended on from a trip to the firing range to deployment overseas.

Molded of reinforced composite with aggressive horizontal ridges that provide increased gripping surface for insertion and extraction of the magazine in wet or muddy conditions. This also helps to eliminate feed lip separation.

The anti tilt follower has been designed to allow more dirt and grime to pass than any other magazine on the market. This allows the magazine to keep feeding ammo, despite loose dirt or sand that may have entered the magazine.

The spring is made using a 1770 Stainless steel wire, featuring a unique shape for smoother, quieter loading through all 30 rounds. It also reduces overall stress on the magazine body, preventing spine cracks.

30 Round capacity. Fits AR15, M4, and M16. Black

I purchased 10 of these mags, 3 months ago along with some friends, I filled one up- shot flawlessly. But If you leave 30 rounds in them, "They tend to come popping out the top, the feed lips are too small, I called tapco, they said they were looking into the problem and were aware of it already, They said the Generation Three Mags are being built for there is no problems like these, so I sent them back. Now waiting for the others to arrive. I won't buy these ones again.

Better than steel mags as they provide grip in wet conditions. These mags fit and feed very well. Bought several more after initial trial run. If they don't feed in your rifle well, don't blame the mag, blame the rifle. Not all rifles take all mags just as not all rifles take all ammo. Find out what your rifle wants and needs. Mine likes these.
