I make mags for obscure firearms so I know quality when I see it. Selling points to me are: Seam welded rather then overlapped with spot welds. A real metal follower, not one of these flat plate with a half bullet shape "followers". Slick finish inside and out. Only reason I give it a 4 is that its hard to seat with 30 rounds. And they occasionally have a bur on the follower that makes them sticky. If you know how to use sandpaper, you can fix it easy. Great mags to have if another AWB happens, treat them well and they will probably outlast you.

First off looks. I like things to look cool. Glossy black matches almost every AR out there. I would never buy those cheap grey mags. Added bonus, it has a black follower. Function: I own ten(10) of these mags (bought in two seperate orders of 5), never had a problem. I have shot a couple hundred rounds through each and since you never know when the zombie apocalypse is going to happen, I keep them all loaded, and the springs are still going strong.

I bought these mags wanting them for their strong, heavy steel body. Thats where this mags features stop. The follower was junk and it jammed in my gun every time. I replaced the followers with anti tilt magpul followers and they function fine now, except one area. The body of the mag does not allow the follower to come up high enough to hold the bolt open. Don't waste your money. Buy Tapco mags, buy C Products mags (with anti-tilt followers), buy milspec. DON'T BUY THESE (unless you just want the body to rebuild your old ones.)
