Mine function well. A little hard to load, but fires all rounds without fail. Don't pay more while these are available.

Ordered 4 of these on Monday...got them on Thursday. What can I say CTD is always to their game. Took them to the range and all 4 of them worked just like the DPMS and Brownells that I have paid much more money for. The ones I received looked just like the picture. So unless you have money to burn buy these..I sure wasn't disappointed.

Ordered 10 to stock up, these mags fit well into the gun and lock in tight when loaded, the only difference in these and my factory DPMS mags are the manufac on the bottom and the COLOR. I was not really dissapointed, kinda liked the charcol gray color but these aren't black colored mags. Haven't been able to go shoot since I bought them. So now I'm just waiting on acedemy to drop monarch back down to 3.99 a box, for a college student ammo has to be cheap to try out new mags.

This works as intended, nothing fancy just a tried and true AR mag. It looks and feels just like the ones that came with my DPMS rifle.

for the price you can't go wrong. CTD always helps with deals work good and always handy to have extra mags on hand.

I have bought over 30 of these in different orders. All have been good quality and I have had zero feed issues with any of them. Get them while they are still cheap and legal!

I bought 5 of these mags. Two of them worked flawlessly. The other three jammed or missfed every round. On close inspection you can see that the back of the feed lips are inconsistent in teh way they were stamped out and the bolt was digging into the sidewall. Nothing you cant fix by removing a little material with a Dremel so the bolt would clear but you shouldnt have to.

I've used these mags both while on Active Duty and in the civilian world. As long as they are properly taken care of they won't fail you. If you're having problems loading ammo, then you're probably not loading the ammo in the right way. If you're looking for something that doesn't require some sort of maintenance, then go for something else.

These are cheap mags that work great. Enough said.

Just picked up two of these... both came in gray Teflon coat, would have preferred black. For less than $10 not bad but it can have some issue with follower tilt on first few rounds in and last few rounds out. I had to pick up some Magpul followers to fix the issue. It is a cheap fix but just added hastle. Other than that they are a decent deal

It is cheap and worked, no window or holes to see if it is full or how many you have left. Used it last night, 100 rounds through it and no problem.

I bought some of these along with some C-Products mags. They worked without problems for me once I took them apart, cleaned them up, and put a light coat of oil on the spring and inside the mag.

Just what I expected for an AR mag. Mine were marked: "DEFENSE SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC. FORT WORTH TEXAS CAGE 1L0J5" Green "anti-tilt" follower (i use that term loosely) Gray teflon/parkerized finish. Would be good for the range but does nothing for the aesthetic of the gun.

I bought 4 of these. They are the same as the ones I bought at sports store for three times as much. They work great.

I read the reviews and bought one to try and I think they are junk. They jam. The plastic followers hang up a lot. Not dependable.

I bought six of these government contractor magazines - great quality. I have had no problems or pains to report. They beat a lot of the high dollar magazines, one can buy now a days.

Awesome magazines for the price. They are not anti tilt but if you load them by hand and not with a stripper clip that will not become an issue. Definitely worth it, I do not see a reason to spend more on another magazine. And CTD's shipping is super fast only took 2 days to get them!!!

For this price these magazines are perfect. I’m not a competition shooter and I don't use my AR to save lives so they work very well for me. I’ve got a nice little Olympic arms carbine and they fit and feed with no FTF at all, ever. I’ve got five and I keep them all loaded with 30 rounds. I say get some. You won't be disappointed.

I bought two mags and took both to the range the next day. I ran 100 rounds through each magazine and both worked flawlessly. I will be buying more here soon.

These are well-made, inexpensive mags, but I've been running into loading issues like a few of the other reviewers. They seem to sit properly in my Bushmaster, but on two or three of the mags I ran into feeding issues. I'd fire, the case would eject, but the next round would fail to load. No jams, just an empty chamber. The gun is new and the mags are new, so I may just need some break-in time or a little lubrication. Not dissatisfied, just a little concerned about the cause of the problem.

These are exactly as advertised and work well. The only problem I encountered is that the follower isn't no tilt. This is fine for normal use but takes some practice to use with stripper clips especially under high stress situations. Great back up though.

You can buy the more expensive mags. It is a great way to waste your money. Theese all function flawlessly (I have 40 of them). Depending on the contractor, they sometimes come with the no-tilt followers. I have had several of them loaded with 28 rounds for over a year, then the other day I took them to the range and emptied them all with no problems. Great spring tension even on the last round after a year and over a thousand rounds through them. dont be fooled by bad reviews or claims of higher performing mags theese are all you need.

Just got mine in. Quick shipping, good finish, haven't had a chance to test them yet but they seem to be really nice.

I ordered one of these to try them out after I read all the positive reviews on this site. The follower is alright but it doesn't fit as snugly in the magazine body as my other C Products mags or PMAGS and because of this it will tilt. I did feed 30 rounds through it and it worked just fine. Afterward I replaced the follower with one of the Magpul followers that came in my 5 round C Products mag and now it loads much easier now. But the magazine body feels quite solid and the finish looks great and hasn't scuffed yet. For the price though this mag is a great buy for the quality you receive.

Dont waste your money on other mags when you can get several of these for the same price.

I ordered this along with a few other things from CTD and the mag I received was identical to the Bushmaster mag that came with my carbon 15. The only difference was the stamp on the bottom. This is a great mag for this price. I will most likely purchase more of these.

I received my magazines made by Defense Solutions Group of Fort Worth, TEXAS. They are well made but the followers are kind of rough. I replaced the followers with Magpuls and these seem to be great!

I bought 3 of these and they worked great. They were a little stiff to load near capacity, but I’m sure it would be easier to load with wearing it in. other than that I had no problems loading them, and they shot great. I would buy more, plus a mag pouch to hold all the mags :P

These mags are fine. Very hard to load and un-load. These mags are good enough and for the price can't beat them. I prefer polomer mags.

I bought six of these and was skeptical of their ability to function due to the low price.Man was i impressed. My DPMS loves them.Out of 200+ rounds solid shooting not a glitch.

I bought 5 of these mags just to see how good they are. You always hear about Pmags and Lancers and other plastic mags but hear very little about mil-spec and how good they are. I used them for a 3-gun match and they work great and are cheaper than any plastic mag out here. I now have 2 loaded to the hilt and I'm going to see if they spread or mess up somehow after being loaded a while. I think this is a great deal from CTD, I have not found mil-spec less expensive anywhere else.

These are made the same as the ones my local gun shop sells for 22 dollars, they have the same follower and are the same color. They work great!!! People having problems with the follower/feeding the rifle just put a dab of gun oil on the back of the follower. "Remember they are new they need to be broke in".

Seeing some of the recent reviews prompted me to write another one, these mags are perfect as is they feed flawlessly, fit great. I have run 2000rds through my STAG Model 1. EagleArms EA-15, Bushmaster A3, and my uncles DPMS with no jams or miss feeds. I think if you have a problem with this mag its your rifle not the mag (Upgrading to magpul followers is a waste of money. Just get the mag like this for 2$ extra on CTD with the orange follower)

I have 20 of these mags. It has flawless performance in my Colt & DPMS rifles. Defense Solutions Group is D&H (formerly Labelle) which supplies mags to all military branches and Federal law enforcement. Except for the teflon coating, exact same mags I've been issued for years. The USGI green follower works fine, but these mags perform better with Magpul followers.

these are great mags, I have 5 of them and they all function flawlessly. Left them loaded for about 2 weeks to try and loosen them up. The springs on mine were very stiff upon recieving them, and they have lasted about 500 rounds with 0 problems... looks like they will last a long time more. will be purchasing more of these bad boys.

Great mags, be sure to swap green follower with a magpul follower. I own 12 and no problems.

Received the maqs today, for the price they are excellent quality, at least as good as the CATM guys have. With a little love the rough edges will be gone and they will be awesome shooters. If your looking for PMAG fit and finish for this price then it's time for a reality check.I'll definitely buy these again. CTD keep the sweet deals coming I gotta spend it somewhere right?

I purchased one of these to test how the US Army is equipping our soldiers today. No complaints. The one I received was made by "Defense Solutions Group", Fort Worth Texas. Except for the green follower(much better than the old black ones), no different than the Adventure Line, Parsons Precision, Labelle, etc. etc. mags from the '80,s, '90,s. For the price, you cannot find new in wrap GI mags at even a gunshow for less than this.

I bought 6 of these mags a few weeks ago when I bought my first AR-15. They work great. I'm not sure if I'd trust them in combat, but they seem to be just fine for plinking around and shooting targets. The finish on them is great, much better than on my factory mag. Can't beat the price, either.

Truly a useless piece of garbage. I replaced the follower and it still would not feed. If these are being made by government contractors and finding their way to our troops may god have mercy on their souls. They might as well throw bullets at the enemy.

Ordered 10 of these to try. Could not get any of them to feed correctly. Had many fail to feed. Returned and got 5 of the pmags, never a problem with those. Maybe its my rifle, not sure but again, the pmags (I have 30 of them) work great. These seem to work better in ar15 clones.

These mags work perfect in all of my ARs never had a jam with them they are now all i order(except the occasional polymer mag to see how they work) :)

Don't bother wasting your money on the pricier mags on this site, or any other site for that matter. These mags do their job greatly. They look and feel so much better than the mag my AR-15 itself came with. It's a great buy for an incredibly great price.

I bought 3 of these mags. After putting over 1,500 rounds through them, I haven’t had one jam or miss feed. For the price there is nothing else out there like them. I would suggest to all. Stock up you never know.

I bought 10 of these when the "Obama scare" happened. I haven't had one problem with jamming and have fired at least 300 rounds ea from the 3 i have used. I find with these like most 30rd AR mags that its best to only put 25 rounds in them to stop jamming. My EA-15 from eagle arms thats a must but my STAG will use a full mag so is up to u but for reliability id go 25.

The title says it all. These are decent magazines. They function, they're light, and most of all inexpensive! I would suggest buying 3 of these for a SHTF backup magazine. All in all, if you don't like them, you're only out a few bucks. But if you want quality, check out Cheaper than Dirt's Magpul P-Mag on here.

I ordered 4 total over time...I've put all kinds on ammo from wolf to federal premium through and at all different speeds...i drained an entire clip as fast as i could pull trigger and the mag fed with no problems...these mags came in a nice bag and are even in better shape then the mag that came with my MP15...get this mag not the ones that cost more money these are the way to go!!!

I bought 2 of these for my newest AR. I took them to the range and they performed flawlessly. I loaded both of them twice and "unloaded" them "downrange" and they worked great. The two I got did not match the pictures as far as the "Government use only" statement on the bottom. I still don't know yet how rugged or durable they are and that is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. Other than that they are great and I plan on getting more of them.

I served 6 years in the USAF and I can tell you all to 'buy em up' while they are cheap and available. These are exactly what we used in the US military having the same quality and design. I bought 12 of them and I'm happy with what I got.

Just got mine. And Yes the military does use Teflon coated mags. I also ordered from Magpul some of their foliage green Gen III anti-tilt mag followers that have a 2% Teflon additive added to the mix and changed out the standard green follower that came with these, and the Teflon on Teflon action is just awesome.

The description of the magazine is exactly what I received. Brand new, teflon coated, green follower, with manufacturer stamp on bottom. Very pleased with items as delivered quickly and had no problem with jams or loading with my M&P 15. Will be ordereing more.

The only reason it doesn't get the full 5 start treatment is the fact that it doesn't have the newer, better anti tilt follower. That being said, between this and some bushmaster factory mags, I haven't had a single jam, misfire or malfunction of any kind. I used this magazine exclusively last range trip just to be sure; it's just as good as mags that cost twice the price.

I WELD these at work. Yes, these exact magazines you are buying. For those of you that compare these to MagPul I have a secret for you.. they are exactly the same magazine. Only a different floorplate and follower. We mass produce magazines then slap different floorplates, coatings and followers in them.

The price is great. D&H is a good company, formerly Laballe. However, these magazines are not "government" or "USGI". The military does not issue Teflon coated magazines. These magazines are likely made for law enforcement.

These are nice mags feed well work well just are cheaper now then when I ordered them three days ago oh well still a very good product tho...

These mags are great.I ordered a few of these and they work great. They are the best metal .223 mags on the market for the price. Magpul are around the same price but are a little lighter and convienent with the dust cover and window. All in all 5 stars.

These are high quality magazines. I bought two of these and a bushmaster magazine. There were only two noticeable differences between the gov't. contractor made ones and the bushmaster one. These have the old green type follower while the bushmaster magazine had the new mil-spec follower. They also where in a "like new" conduction where as the bushmaster one was in a "lightly used." I tested the magazines and they performed well.I bought another magazine from my local gun shop, it had an ill-fitting follower and the base plate was not mil-spec. I was even over charged for the crappy magazine which the gun shop probably bought for 10 dollars. In fact they charge 24.99 for a magazine identical to these. CTD is the way to go!

I bought two of these. They have a better finish and work better than the one that came with my RRA LAR-15. So far 100% reliable. The price is reasonable for this quality.

Got 4 of these based on the reviews. At the moment, I only have a Rock River Arms LAR15 complete lower so I haven't actually gotten to fire with these mags. Thus I can only say they fit well and seem to be good quality.

Got some for my DPMS Panther Lite 16. Just as good as the magazines that came with the Rifle. Glad I got these before the price increase.

I bought three after puchasing a new bushmaster xm-15 flat top. These are great mags. fit perfect, feed perfect and I love the teflon coat, very tough and have kept a nicer finish than the original bushmaster black aluminum mag that came with the gun. I intend to buy more, just to keep stashed away...

I bought 2 of these to begin with to "test" them on my Bushmaster, which jammed on every shot with the 40 round mag that came with it. (Bought Used) I was VERY IMPRESSED with the magazines and cut my jamming down to 0 in the 30 shots!! The plasstic plate is the only drawback, but still functions PERFECTLY considering the price! Thank you CTD for another quality product!!

Well i just got them i loaded them up with 30 rounds i have 4 of them they are sturdy and nice. though note the follower is plastic it didnt impress me but overall all a good magazine design. i would have to say 4 out of 5 stars but a GREAT BUY GET SOME. I am planning on buying many more.

i have used these mags over the past 6 to 7 years. They are a great sturdy design that can take a beating and keep on feeding! No problems with feeding after being 30 full for 95 percent of an entire year. The cost has increased, although it is still worth the cost. Perfect for messing around at the range or to charge one into the chamber when in counts!!!

Bought five of them. The finish is awesome, and they are very light in weight. But, the price on these things hurt the wallet. However, the money is well-spent.

Ordered two earlier this year. Perform flawlessly. I spent a year in Iraq with these fully loaded. Did routine maintenance monthly and they never failed me once. These are a definite no brainer.

i have 51 of them packed away and the only changes I made to them is Magpul followers to the ones that did not come with them. I live 2 miles from the store and buy lots of their mags.

Great clip for the money !!! No feed problems at all. Not quite as good as Stoner mags, But not quiet as expensive aether ! Great for a mag that you can take to the range or fool around with in stead of eating up your expensive mags playing around !

I have already made my second order these mags are just that good. They feed great without any problems through my Stag Arms AR-15. I left a few mags full of ammo for a month just to see if it would effect the feeding which it did not. These mags get 5 Bullets! A side note, same mag as in the pictures except the bottom of the mag says Defense Solutions Group INC Forth Worth Taxes not Law enforcement government use only.

These are the best mags for your money, period. (if you like the metal mags versus the magpul polymer ones) If you install magpul followers in these magazines, you will never have to worry about mag malfunction again. BUY THESE WHILE THEY LAST!

These worked excellent in my mp-15, almost the same as the magazine supplied sans the military stamp. Experienced zero malfunctions over 14 full loadings.

Nice mags, worth every penny. No problems in my DPMS or RRA, feeds were jam free, lip geometry was correct. This is a good buy for anyone not quite warmed up to the MagPul magazines just yet.

I have two of these that came with my rifle. I haven't tested them excessively, but so far they are working out great. I also have a good friend who retired from the army after 30 years and he suggested that I buy colt brand magazines, and to stretch the springs on all of my magazines. I did it to one of my D & M mags and so far it's great. I like them, looking forward to getting more of them.

Bought two and tested in SIG556 to see if SIG and pundit's claims that AR-15 mags would in fact work without issues in the SIG. Tried factory new Remington, Hornady, Lake City; reman Ultramax, PMC, Army surplus from local store and my own reloads. Zero, zip problems. All worked flawlessly. 100% clean seat, feed and extract. Doubt you’ll beat these at $35.00 (incl. shipping) a pair.

I have several of these mags and had problems seating them in my RRA, and then I remembered that they always said in M-16 training to "load the mag with the bolt open" (I always thought that was stupid until now) if they don't seat empty thats something else.

Ayep. This is what all M4 magazines are supposed to be like. (the HK mags get a six bullet rating-better than mil-spec).

i bought three of these mags, at first i was leery edges seemed sharp but they worked fine in both my bushmasters. not quite as nice as my bushmaster or tapco mags, but function is flawless. that being said buy them their good to go.

I recently bought 6 of these, and have shot at least 90 rounds out of each with no problems in my S&W MP-15. They work perfectly. A friend tried them in his Bushmaster, and they also worked perfectly in it.

These mags work well right out of the packaging. If you are looking for mags that will operate like OEM these will do the trick. I have cycled dozens of clip loads through mine and never had any problems.

These are made by Govt. Contractors and cost less at C.T.D. than the ones you would buy at your local store. These are great mags.

these are good USGI mags(they're not all the same). pricey(you can get D&H mags for a less elsewhere that are just as good).the ones i got were marked as Defense Solutions mags. i ordered some CMMG mags that werent in any where near as good condition and the followers seemed alot more proned to tilting than these. you could do better on price,but these are quality mags. 3 bullets....good mags,not a great price on them.

These are very nice mags, but were not stamped LE/Gov. use only, I only wanted these for the LE/Gov markings, But very nice mag otherwise.

Buy all you can afford. I have two that came with my DPMS and bought a few to keep in the wrapper until needed. I have fired hundreds of rounds through them, including reloads without a single problem.

These are some of the best mags I've ever used. Not one jam, and they work like butter. Sturdy and smooth. They are excellent mags. Inexpensive and durable.

These mags are great! Not quite h&k mags but they get the job done for a great price. These mags were better than the one that came with my rra. I have three and will be buying more.

I bought these mags on sale for 12.97 a piece. I also was leary but they are great. Brand new and work perfect in my AR. Just like the ones I used in the Army.

I have five of these mags and they are some of the best I have found yet. Fired multiple rounds out of all five and haven’t yet had a problem with any jamming.

Excellent Mags. I purchased 10 of these and they all work great. Coating is smooth and construction is solid. This is the same mag handed out to our guys in Iraq. If your gun is jamming when you use these mags, it's not the mag, it's the gun or the ammo you're shooting.

These mags are excellent. They are indistiguishable from those that shipped with my buddy's new DPMS M-4 the only exception being color. Mine are the color depicted and manufactured by Defense Solutions in January 2007. Superb stampings, fit and finish. I will be buying plenty more of these!
