Doesn't Fit

When I recieved my mag I was very pleased by the look and feel of it but when I tried to insert it in my Romanian AK 47 it was way to wide for the magazine well, almost twice as wide. I don't know what the deal is but I have to send it back. I don't have any use for a mag that doesn't fit my weapon. I later learned I had a single stack mag AK-47, so it was my fault.

I recieved 2 of these today. I ordered 1 green, 1 black, the green seems to be a bit large. It looked like someone with a filed some material off, but it locks up fine in my WASR. It needs a little working to lock in my Norinco. Looks aren't everything but it works good.

I bought two of these mags, great mags! feeds smoothly, very sturdy, light weight! they fit in my WASR-10 snugly. They provide great griping surface. I got mine in olive drab and my mags matched perfectly with my other olive drab furnishings. The only con is the mag kinda bells out at the bottom this can be a problem for people who put their mags in their mag pouches with their rounds facing up as these mags might not fit. Four bullets great buy great price!!!

These are great mags, but seriously CTD, how do you get to my house so quick? It's actually a little creepy. Maybe you should change your title to "America's Ultimate Shooting Sports Discounter/ Stalker", because I'm starting to think you're hiding in the bushes outside my house ready to pop out the moment I think about ordering something... not that I'm complaining.

I bought two of these when I bought my Romak gp WASR 10/63. These are really good mags, although you may want to lube the sides of the follower before taking them to the range. I didn't and they started to FTF on the last couple rounds in the mag. After I lubed the follower I didn't have another problem with them at all!!! Great price, great mag! Thank you CTD!!!

This magazine works great in my Romanian AK. A tight fit at first but after putting it in the gun several times it worked fine. I fit 30 rounds in the clips I got although it got hard on the last one. It is a great price and I will be buying more.

I believe this is the strongest, stiffest AK magazine on earth. Not the lightest polymer AK maf available but lighter than original steel. It is a little fat but that is due to the rigid construction. I have one minor complaint though, it only holds 28 rounds not 30 as advertised, others say this as well. Tapco should call it a 28 round magazine, but that is OK with me. For under $15 it absolutely will not be beat. Tapco website shows a man in push up position on this mag with it installed in a rifle. I also own Thermolds which are sleeker and lighter, but cost nearly twice the price. That is my input on this product.

I am not a big fan of plastic mags BUT i will make an exception in this case. The mag functions perfectly. We have shot between 250-300 rounds and no problemos. It is well made and feels very solid. I had to do a small amount of filing to be able to get the mag to release. I bought the mag to match the folding stock and hand guard. The color match is also excellent.

These are a sweet deal, and the weight difference is awesome. Totally rounded out my WASR 10,along with the Tapco T6 collaspable stock, saw style grip, and front pistol grip on quad rails. All OD green. I got two of them, and have put over 500 rounds through both, not a single jam or hiccup. I wish I had ordered more, and will be in the future. Can't say much more about em but go get some. Highly recommended.Thanx CTD!

The mag wobbles a bit. Oh well, its most likely my gun and not the mag. It is also less audible since its not stamped pot metal. OD coloration coordination that I'm fond of is a definite win. Mag has a nice feel, though I use a vertical foregrip. I thought it capped out at 29 rounds...turns out I was just being a sissy. Great mag, keep 'em coming Tapco. CTD got it to me in what seems like just a day. VERY QUICK. Pro mag = crap. "Crapco" Intrafuse Magazine = Great Product. I will be purchasing one more of these along with a mag coupler to augment the 3 steel mags I will, hopefully, never need.

Ak Mags?

ordered these to try out and guess they are for another type AK but they do not work for AKS or norinco and polytech. They have a back ramp that does not have a step to lock the mag in the gun although the lock is there for the mag release the ramp directly below it is rounded off and if you push forward on the mag when in the gun it comes out, this is a design flaw and a definite problem if you were shooting and the mag is bumped and fell out. The mag itself looks well made and heavier than the average mag and is tight in the mag well also. Overall good design for the body not for the lock. Buy something else and save time. thermold or ak variant.

Just got two of these, was worried about polymer. I also adapted them to fit my saiga, they work great ordered more. I added the bullet guide so I could take advantage of normal ak magazines. Plus it is tough. Looks great on the gun to, plus counts as 3 compliant parts.

Good as Pmag

Lets tell you what I got first. Arsenal SGL20 SAIGA. I really am jinxed to some but what I print is the truth. I been cycling 400 rounds through 4 of these mags. They couldn't fit any more perfect in the magwell. The feed lips are heavy, not thin and cheap like the Saiga Magazine that is sold out or I would have got 4 of them for $40 each and it was belt sanded on the sides to fit my Saiga and is only available in black. And they aren't compliant. These are 3 parts compliant, spring, follower and mag all USA made. So I'm proud to buy these and support American Jobs also. I don't know about driving over them in a Hummer, but they load about 3 times faster than a Pmag and look really cool in the matching Olive drab to match my other furniture. And If you can't figure they are all the same except for the color, your beyond my help. Cause this one is really a no brainer. And you have permission in regards to this letter that you can verify I have bought 9 more olive green Tapco 30 round magazines today. And I do have a Arsenal Sagia.

Bought 3 of them for my WASR-10. The fit is very snug but that is a good thing for my Romanian AK. Steel mags rattle a little much for my taste. Besides it is a good look with my OD-Green stock set.
