I ordered 3 just to see what I would get, individually packed in cosmoline, easy to clean. One said made in China, the other 2 were plain AK Mags, all loaded 30 rounds, all performed well with no jamming and the fit was excellent, one had some rust, the other 2 were fine. I will order several more at this price. All fired through a WASR-10 AK without issue.

OK, I ordered 3 of these as the TAPCO's that came with my WASR-10 did not fit well. I had one that needed some minor steel wool work, the other 2 were pristine ALL in Cosmoline, ALL functioned in my WASR-10 with no issues, 30 mags took 30 rounds, fired 500 rounds at the range today. The Tapco plastic 30 rounders going to the recycling center.

You can't beat this deal. Metal mags are far better than plastic or composite. It says used in the description and it most certainly was. After disassembley and a good five minutes worth of cleaning it was like brand new. My only issue was the spur on the back being too thick to seat properly. After only a couple of passes with a flat file, it fit like a glove and operated quite smoothly. There were no problems feeding or ejecting. It's been hard to find a low priced mag for a MAK-90, but this was it and i'll be ordering more. Great value for an even better price. Thanks C.T.D.!

Both my dad and me own an AK style rifles. His is a Yugo and mine is Romanian. I just recently got another AK style pistol, and these mags work well in all of the rifles. Some of these kind of mags don't go in far enough and don't allow for a smooth feed, but never had any problems when using these mags. They work well!

I purchased 5 of these for my M70 under-folder, as others have said some look new some look used. They all fit the M70 with minor trimming of the catch tab. I think for the price you can't go wrong, these magazines are very easy to take apart, and clean (I use mineral spirits and a rag, then a light spray of rem-oil on the spring).

Got 2 in the mail today. No Rust No scratches. Little cosmoline but thats to be expected. Fits my Yugo great.

This is the absolute standard in ak mags. Its probably what came with yours when you bought it and its what came with my M70AB2. Very good mag, great condition, in need of a few minutes TLC. Little bit of elbow grease and the cosmoline and junk was gone. Reliably cycled a round by hand and a nice snug fit with no mag wobble. Between these and the tapcos (which I have not shot with yet) you can't go wrong.

They come covered in cosmo-line or some other grease, so be prepared to clean them well. (Soak in boiling hot soapy water for an hour or so, take out of water and wipe down until all cosmo is gone, but be careful because the parts might burn you if not careful.) I bought 2 of these. One worked perfectly after the cleaning and one did not. Fairly easy fix though; I squeezed the feed lips together with a vise and "modified" the follower (I removed the back clip/piece and it worked perfect), then fired 30 rounds through the mag 4 times and it fed perfectly. Some minor rust on both, but nothing that I couldn't steel wool off. All in all, the magazines are very sturdy, just like the mags that came with my gun(WASR 10 with original AK mags), and with little effort look and function like new.

I am very impressed at the quality of this magazine, way newer than what came with my GP1975 and fits pretty snug. better than I expected 5 bullets!

I bought two of these, both fit and feed well in both of my AK's. They needed a little cleaning up, but what Mil-surp gun parts don't? Had to do a little filing to get one of them to sit "perfect", but it was perfectly serviceable right out of the package. Ordering more soon.

Fit snug in my WASR-10. It had a little bit of gunk around the opening but fed fine. No problems shooting with it.

Update this mag does NOT WORK in my WASR as the bolt wont catch the round to chamber it. I tried it again in the Norinco, and it worked in there. I think this is last steel mag for me. I am going to stay with reliable and much lighter poly mags. That also goes for AR mags. The mag problems I have is in no way related to CTD, they did another awsome job on order and delivery.

I guess I'm just lucky, but the one CTD sent me did not fit or feed that great. I ended up using this follower and spring in another magazine I bought that didn't work, and now at least I finally have a functional steel mag.

I ordered one of these and I'm happy with it. The mag was very dirty when it arrived, it took me over 20 minutes to clean it. There was a small amount of rust but not a big deal. As long as you don't mind cleaning them these mags are a good deal. Fast shipping as always.

Bought one for my WASR 10/63. Figured the price was low enough that if it didn't fit right or anything else was wrong with it, no big loss. All I can say is, wow! Perfect fit, no wobble at all. Will definitely be getting a couple more. Yes, it was dirty, but nothing a little Hoppes #9 couldn't get rid of.

I just got 3 of these today, arrived in decent shape with very little rust or wear. The one mag had a slight dent that wouldn't let the follower the whole way down, but nothing I couldn't fix in a matter of a minute or two.

These mag's seem to be of good quality, and function without a hitch. My concern or complaint is why when CTD packages these mag's, these can't BE cleaned by them? Everyone of mine (4) came in a separate bag, but with rust on each side. I shouldn't have to clean a new product, surplus or not!!!

I got 2 that were used and 1 was new. 1 of the used ones woulde not take all 30 rounds so took it a part and cleaned and oiled it. Still no luck so I swoped springs and it worked. all all fit gun like new. I would order more If needed 4 is good I`m not at war.

I gave it 4 bullets because not all were covered in grease. I ordered 10, all 10 fit great. SOLID magazines. These are the strongest mags I've used for the AK. They are a little heavy, but what on the AK isn't?

These mags are the best ever! they load,feed and clip in the reciever without a flaw. These will fit into any modgear AR-15 mag holder.

Ordered 7, 6 fit like a glove. One of them dose not like to fit, but one in, performs well. Couple of the clips only held 28....I just need to break em down and clean them real well and Im sure they will come around . Fit my Made In China AK well.

This mag has seen a lot of use. It was squeezed open when I got it and it wouldn't fit in my WASR10. On the plus side, it's an AK mag, I took a hammer and an old railroad tie plate and banged it back into shape. Now it works and fits great.

So/So product, ordered 5 of them, one of them came in pieces and i couldnt get it back together, out of the other 4, 2 needed to be filed down so it could release without hitting with a tool. on a good note, no jams, the mags are the same quality as your typical ak, rough but reliable

not the best deal around , but my Maadi Ak 47 was lacking a few , while the Obama ban was going , i got scared & bought 2 , i suppose i was one of the few lucky ones , cause both were or are brand new " looking " , or have really great paint jobs , i check follower , they're both used , just in great shape ...if you're looking to pick up 3 or less , its the current/normal rate per mag , if looking in bulk look else where , ive found better deals on lot mags in bulk 8-10 mags , happy hunting ..........

Got several of these mags-they aint pretty but they all worked well,a few minor dents,rust and scratches dont matter!im satisfied and will get more.

I bought one of these magazines about a week or so ago, it was a little scruffed up and used like most military surplus gear, but still worked fine. I bought another one because I was impressed with my first purchase, and the second one was in even better condition. Was almost brand new, hardly any scratches on it and when I took it apart the spring was almost in pristine condition! These things are built to last, buy them now before they get banned and it's too late! It is a marvelous deal! Well worth it!!

I ordered 10 of these and they were all rusty. It was nothing that couldn't be cleaned so I didn't worry about. When I got to taking them apart and inspecting them I found that the springs had been used extensively but they seemed to function properly. There was only one I had a problem with. The follower it would not rise completely. It would get stuck about 8 millimeters from the top. It turns out the top of the mag had been bent inwards. I will have to send it back but overall it was a great price for something you are going to shoot the daylights out of anyway.

good mag, has most of its finish and needs to be cleaned and oiled. just like all the other surplus mags. better than any poly mag out there.

got 4 of these mags and only 2 were good. the other two had expanded tops so they did not fit into my ak. another bad thing about them is they don't fit every ak. i have a newer one from russian american arms, and they don't fit. now to get my moneys worth i have to mill they mag release a couple millimeters to get it to catch. DO NOT BUY THESE MAGS, THEY ARE MILITARY REJECTS FOR A REASON....

very fair price for these mags. I have tried all of my mags out in my romanian wasr-10. Some grease, some paint wear but hey you can't complain for 20 bucks. I've seen a local gun shop sell the same for 30. So pick them up while you still can.

I ordered six of these mags and five were in really good shape and function perfect. One of them came with a spring that isn't the right size for the mag. It's about 1/3 the length of the other five. When the mag is loaded it doesn't have the strength to push a single round up. I'll still be buying more of these mags though, at 20 bucks it's worth the gamble.

I ordered 3 of these to try them out. They all arrived in cosmo and were in very good condition with only a little wear. I will be ordering more while i still can.

Since these are the first non-composite metal magazines I have purchased I may be overly critical here. I ordered 4 of these magazines and they were all well used and are not in what I would view as "excellent" condition. They are in working condition and to give CTD credit, visually they initially look to be in pretty good condition. However, after breaking them down and cleaning them up, they have been used extensively and have the wear to prove it. There was some hidden rust externally under the grease on one, and when you broke them down the spring in another is pitted. Two of the four have holes worn through the followers where they hit the stops at the top and a third follower is well worn. Two are also worn at the front catch such that there are holes and a small stress crack at the top front lip of the magazine. After spending a few hours cleaning them thoroughly and applying teflon dry lube I expect them to function fine. Manually they appear to work fine although I have not yet live fired them. Overall these are functional and worth the money, but I'll probably buy a few more composits before purchasing more of these.

As described. I ordered 10, none were rusty, 6 were better than the ones I got with my WASR-10 and 4 were new. All function well.

I ordered two of these. Both function perfectly, one looks almost new, the other has obviously seen some use but still functions just fine. They both came in just a little bit of cosmo coating, just enough to say it was there really. Not hard at all to clean off.

I bought two of these MAG's advertised in VG to Exc condition. They were so pitted and rusty, they wouldn't fit into the rifle. It wasn't worth trying to repair them so I sent them back for a refund. Poor to average condition would have been a better description for the MAG's I received.

Just got my 2 today, one was practically brand new and the other was very used looking with most of the black finish worn off and a few small rust spots. Its an eye sore but I can refinish it. They still fit good. 3 bullets just because of the old mag...

I placed my order for 3 of these on Saturday evening. The mags arrived today and I am absolutely ecstatic. They were in storage bags with cosmoline. After an hour with some WD-40, some rags and some paper towels, they are like new. In fact, they look better than the ones I got with my WASR. All lock into my AK with no problems. I can't wait to load them out and take them on the range for a test run. Buy from CTD. They are on top of their game.

Bought 2 of these mags just for extras. When I recieved them I was very surprised at the excellent condition they were in. I shot 120 rnds. through my Rom . AK47 with absolutely no problems. They fed smoothly and fit snug in my gun. I would recomend them to anyone.

I have had about 70% success rate with these magazines, meaning most of these mags I order are in working condition mechanically and are aesthetically in good shape. I have, however, received 2 or more mags that simply did not function (caused AKM to jam, etc). Nevertheless, I am ordering 1 more mag.

I bought three of these for my Yugo UF and they are great. All three were brand new and fit very well. They had a little cosmoline on them and had to be wiped off but that took like 10 minutes. I've been to the range with them and they all work fine. Highly recommended.

Bought two of these. "Unissued condition" is not accurate by a long shot. One is about 80% at best and the other is ragged beyond belief. Bluing is about 50% and lots of rust. Havent used it yet but spring is very weak. Very unimpressed with these. I might send them back.

I have a total of seven of the thirty round mags, and they are as advertised. I dont understand the problem in dealing with the cosmoline, that was a way of life in the military, and that is what you are getting, military magazines. I wonder what some would say if they received a rifle that had been packed in it?(Cosmoline) Good stuff, that would be the mags. Max

I picked up 2 of these just because the price was good. Mine arrived with no cosmoline on them at all and both of them were rusted in a couple of spots. They are definately not new but after some wd-40 and a coat of flat black paint it looked alot better. For the price, I cant complain.....to much. They work.

I just got this mag today and i was very happy with it. Steel mags are deffently the best in my mind and this one is worth the money. I have a Wasr 10 low cap modded to a high cap and the mag fits perfect, highly recommend

I have 8 of these from various countries, some from here, some from elsewhere. These things are indestructible. I have only had problems with 2 of them, I just took them apart, and on both, the followers had been slightly bent. took a pair of pliers to them and voila, absolutely no problems with any of my ak mags, including my 2 poly pro mags. 5 stars.

First I must say that this magazine appears brand new... maybe it was refinished, but I see no evidence of that. It cane in a little plastic bag that was bulging with cosmoline (grease). It may be a little messy at first, but that grease is why it is in such good condition. A few minutes with a few paper towels and it was ready to go. Disassembly was easy, I used only a bullet tip as a tool, and later discovered you really only need your pinky finger. The lips on this thing are very thick, you won't bend them. In all, it is held together with something like 49 spot welds (I think that was how many I counted). There is a loaded magazine indicator at 30 rounds which is just a hole so you can see the head of the cartridge, so apparently the communists don't load down by 2 (who knew?) An excellent magazine... I have never seen anything better regardless of price. This is a great magazine, and at a great price. Don't bother looking through the rest of the AK mags, believe me I picked through them all, this is the one you want if you are looking for quality at a great price.

I don’t know about “Un-issued Condition,” but you cant beat these for the price. I’ve ordered 6 and all have functioned perfectly once cleaned up. Expect small amounts of rust, dents, and lots of grease. Break them down and use brake pad cleaner found at any auto parts store to take off the grease, and what ever oil you prefer for the rust. Load and shoot :)

These mags are nice. Mine had a couple small spots of rust but nothing that wd-40 wouldn't take care of. I have to do alittle filling, BUT that is my fault since I am using them on a WASR-1O with a single to DOUBLE stack conversion. No jams out of 60 rounds. Good for the price! 88

I bought 10 mags all 10 were excellent condition just like the add said. Cosmoline is to be expected,no rust,no dents.I tryed them in more than a couple ak's they all fit.great buy!

These were supposed to be unissued, excellent condition 30 round mags. One looks like it came over on the mayflower, 50% of the blue rubbed off. The other one looked brand new except for a spot about the size of a dime that was almost rusted through. I have bought a lot of stuff from CTD in the last month, have never got anything this bad. I will still buy from CTD, hopefully my future orders will be as good as my first ones were.

Just got both mags that I ordered. Both were in almost pristine condition with storage cosmoline intact. A little treatment with the heat gun to melt off the cosmo, a quick wipe and a touch of CLP and they are ready to rock! These are better than the mags that came with my WASR-10/63!!! Cheaper Than Dirt comes thru again!!! Thanks guys!!!

Well, in my first order of these mags, I saw signs of wear and tear, i.e. rust, dents, and some cosmoline. While 3 out of the 4 mags I ordered worked perfectly, I had to take some tools to smooth out the mag body, and a dremel to work out the sharp corners on the follower. After that, all 4 worked like a charm. My second order was quite different. 5 out of the six I ordered were good, some had more rust than others, one was literaly NEW never been used, then mister murphy came and said hi. The last mag is emulsified in cosmoline. The body is straight, and the follower seems to work, but the thing is totally coverd and filled with cosmoline. I understand that I bought surplus mags, I was willing to take the hit, but cant qc at least take a closer look at the products before they get sent out? Either way, 9 out of the 10 mags work great. Like I said, some needed some work, the last one needs Jesus and acouple cans of break free or a parts washer.

have ordered three of these mags so far. Each one received is different in quality. Last one I ordered was extremely dirty (still had shipping lube inside). I have a hard time believing these mags have never been issued because each of them I purchased have been well used. Regardless, heavy duty quality item for the price!

Functioned great in my MAK-90. Much stouter spring than other AK mags. However, far from excellent unissued condition.

These are good magazines, and I prefer them over any polymer fancy dancy magazines outsid eof TRUE military mags, but they can be had for 8 bucks a piece at most gun shows I've been too...add shipping to this and it's twice as much as it should be...

For the money these mags are a great deal. Some of these mags don't fit perfectly in the receiver of my WASR-10 but after a few seconds with a rotary tool on the mag it fit just perfect (no modifications needed on the rifle). Spring strength is just right and these mags are very durable. Overall best bang for buck!

i just got a order of 5, 2 are dented just a bit but the Follower sticks so they are of no use, but as 10 and 20 round mags on the range. Plenty of oil not much caked on grease. So only minor cleaning was needed. still check your mags to make sure they are fully working.

I am very pleased with my purchase of these magazines. They come packed in grease, so you have to clean them up. That's no problem at all, because you're getting military-grade mags with durability and smooth feeding all the way here. I have a Romanian AK and they fit perfect and work great. I'll buy more!

I just got my mags two days ago and there was of course some cosmo (grease) on them but not too much at all. They are in great condition almost like new! They all fit right in the gun and work perfectly. I plan to get more now that i know how they work and you all should buy'em up to.

Well, these mags are surplus. The cosmo (grease) is there to protect them while they were in storage. Good exercise though, having to take them apart and cleaning them. For the price you pay they are as good as those found elsewhere.

3 out of 6 mags that i ordered wouldnt fit, and had to be taken apart and cleaned. a LITTLE cleaning was expected, but not as much as i did. GLOBS of grease were inside the mags and were a pain in the rear to clean. I guess i should have known to stick with the new mags.
