Ups and downs

I've found 20's hard to locate and a bit expensive but a must for some rifles. I own an AKM-75 (bull pup) as an example and it's damned tricky trying to get a 30 or larger in and out of the mag well. For benching and for the tighter spots 20's can't be beat. There are poly 20's for sale I've seen but I'll stick with my steel mags. Short of a major dent you can keep rebuilding them forever. I know for a fact several of the poly mags are nothing but junk. I purchased some 30's and 47's from another company that claimed they where Orlite mags and they are not. Aside from the spring there is no metal in them and they deform quickly under stress at the feed lips I'm told. So I spent $125 and got junk. Buyer beware.

This magazine works great in my American Manufactured Century Arms AK-47. No problems loading or problems when firing the weapon. This magazine cycles the ammunition well with no double feeds, jams, or stove pipes. I'm about to order a few more now. Thanks Cheaper Than Dirt!

I too got several from another vendor some time ago for all my Siaga's and use them for benchrest shooting. The shorter mag allows a good seat on the sandbags for better shooting than the 30's or bigger mags can give. And more usable capacity than stock 10 rounders.

A+ Magazines!

I love these magazine, so sturdy and well built. One i got was in mint condition, the other two were slightly worn but still work perfect! I know most people go for the bigger magazines and even the drum mags, i like how compact these are and easy to carry! Besides when i use these mags i go though much less ammo then i would otherwise.

Excellent Mag's!

I was pleasntly surprised, beyond any expectation, especially by the caption that said "Un-Issued"; these mag's are beyond "Un-issued". The mag's I received were BRAND NEW and in MINT CONDITION! There was not even a scratch on any of my mag's in my order, except for one, and it looked to be attributed to a scratch from shipping and handling . Of all the different AK mag's that I have ordered over the years, these were a difinite surprise for their condition when inspected. I did not even have to "Field-Strip" to clean, all they needed was a light lubing of CLN-300 and they are now ready to "Rock-N-Roll".

Excellent Product!

I bought these from another vendor some time ago during an AMD-65 build... They are great, and some of my favorite mags now! They're lighter than the 30's, even my bulgy waffle mags, and are very sturdy. Mine have a nice finish on them, and have of course functioned flawlessly. The best thing, though, is being able to wring high-capacity while still shotting prone or from a bench; no more dinky 5 round mags! While I bought these from another vendor, these are the SAME mags, and are a GREAT buy. They are superior to the steel 30's for many applications-not as likely to snag, easier to go prone with, AND they fit in readily available AR-15 mag pouches. Anything that will hold a 30 round AR mag will easily hold these, making the use of cheap LC-1 gear a viable option for this. No more chest rig! Or if you have an AR as well, you can use the same web gear. A great buy, go for it.
