Shake Flashlight
LIGHT-133 11 1/4" long
Essential for home,
auto and emergency kits! This flashlight never needs batteries, bulbs or maintenance, even if you haven't used it for years. By just shaking it up, a powerful magnet creates a magnetic field in the coils and the resulting electric current that charges a capacitor. The capacitor powers the super-bright LED bulb. Shake for a few minutes and have light for an hour or more.
The transparent
case lets you see how it works, is completely waterproof, and it even floats. Imported.

I ordered this flashlight about three weeks ago and couldn't wait to try it out! I thought, "a flashlight that never needs batteries", that's awesome. Wow, was I wrong. I shook the flashlight for about 30 seconds and it gave me 10 seconds of light. I repeated this process a number of times always with the same result. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the two windings the magnet goes through were jacked up, ie.. frayed and just looked damaged. I don't know if that has anything to do with it though. Anyway this things a piece of junk CTD!!!
Don't go near the light!

I bought one of these type of flashlights and it worked for a short period but soon it stopped working all together. The light was never that bright for that long of a period. Stay with the flashlight that requires a battery.
Darn good flashlight

We have two of these lights. They are well worth the monnies spent for them. There is one in the car. The other one is on the headbord of the bed. When ever we need a flashlight in the home, it is ready to use after a few shakes. It is bright enough for all jobs in the house. The one in the car is just as useful. I have used it while working accidents as well as motorist assist. Thank you for this wonderful product.

I have had this light for about 3 monthes and have used many times. from my personale experience It is durable ( I have dropped many times) it has enough light to do the job and the price is cheaper than any where Ive seen them. The only problem ive had is when the light runs out of juice I had two shake the light for four minutes and a couple of times it did quit working without notice but all I did was take the light out of the plastic covering and fiddled with the wiring and it started back up.

The first one I tried worked dimly for a little while and then ceased to
work at all. The replacement they sent me would sometimes shine dimly
after considerable shaking and then the light would quickly go out. Sometimes it would not come on at all.
Good wrist excercise. Bad light.

Works great! Shake for a minute and you enough light to read by. Since batteries are always a problem or go bad, we keep these in with our gear when we go to Africa. Simple concept but works really well. The price was wildly cheaper than everyone else also.
Save your money

I highly recommend that you do NOT purchase this product. A few minutes of shaking produces a few minutes of light, that rapidly fades to the point of being vertually useless. The claim of an hour or more of light is a gross exageration by the manufacturer. It is more like several minutes, most of which is so dim a match would provide more light. The only time it is actually bright is if you shake it with the switch turned on. There are better products on the market. If the shipping didn't cost nearly as much as I paid for it, I would have returned it.
