We found a very limited supply of brand new, unissued NATO five gallon steel fuel cans.

Constructed of lightweight steel with triple handles for easy tie-down. The narrow profile allows multiple cans to be stacked or tied on the bumper of a truck or Humvee. Lever-lock spill-proof lid with rubber gasket. Fuel can measures approximately 18"x13"x6.5" A thick enamel coating on the inside makes this fuel can superior to all other.

Made for years and years of rough use with any fuel, these are the gold standard for current militaries all over the world. Never before have we seen these in brand new, unissued condition and supplies are extremely limited.

With great anticipation I received my NATO can. It's brand new made in 2006 with locking pin. The can is hunter green. These are the same cans Atlantic British sell. Shipping was great and the can was well packaged. Get them while you can.

I bought two of these to use on my expedition rig. I wouldn't go with any other gas can. You cannot find a better or easier to use fuel can. All of the CARB compliant ones are totally worthless.

It is nearly impossible to find a nice, sturdy fuel can any more -thanks to our nanny-state gov't and their innane attempts at 'saving the planet'. I've looked at every bricks and mortar place and everything has CARB compliant spouts, which ironically, always end-up causing fuel to spill b/c they don't work right. That is my experience, anyway. After searching local flee markets for decent old fuel cans for about a year I found these. The price ended-up being $60 after shipping, but I must say I was quite pleased w/ the quality when they arrived last week. They look like they are factory-fresh. The seal also is drum-tight and has a retaining pin to insure it does not open by accident. If you have the cash, buy one before they become contraband like 100 W light bulbs

Bought these after not being able to find a decent gas can. The CARB compliant kind are a hassle. These are solid, compact, and air tight. Well worth the money.
