At under six bucks these holsters are no bargain. They are way too bulky for carrying in your pocket. Put a compact .380 in it and could barely fit it in my back pocket, tried the front pocket and it was as comfortable as carrying around a folded up newspaper. Spend the extra money and get a real holster.

I bought this for my pocket carry gun (Taurus TCP .380). The holster fits the gun very tightly, which isn't a problem especially over time for most belted holsters, but this is too tight for a pocket holster that is not anchored to anything (makes it very hard to draw). That's not my biggest gripe though. The holster is too thick for a pocket holster. It bulges too much. You get what you pay for I guess. I ended up getting an IWB blackhawk holster that works much better as my pocket holster.

This cheapie holster does the trick for carrying my Taurus TCP 738 in casual clothes. I am left handed, but carry in my right front pocket; I find putting the high side of the holster to the outside of the pants breaks up the print of the gun, and I can get my hand in between the gun and holster wall to draw fast and the holster stays put. This holster works better in jeans or khakis than dress pants, but that's because dress pants are too thin -- SmartCarry is my preferred office/suit choice.

To bulky for front pocket carry, okay for hip pocket carry. If you don't want to throw it away, I found that it will carry 2-.45 auto single stack magazines very comfortably.
