5MW Green Tactical Laser Sight with tail cap switch and picatinny rail mount. Green tactical laser sight ensures remarkably quick target acquisition with a crisp, bright laser beam that can easily be seen in all varieties of lighting conditions. Tough, shockproof, aircraft grade anodized aluminum housing protects the laser from the damage of recoil, or being hit or dropped, one touch tactical on/off pressure pad instantly activates the laser using only 2 fingers! These laser sights also feature fully adjustable windage and elevation with an additional locking system, 4 5/8". Daylight range is 100 yards, night range is 1 mile, uses CR123A batteries (one).

All green laser products operating at 532nm are subject to varying degrees of illumination power loss in cold weather (60 degrees Fahrenheit or less) unless proper procedures are followed.

For optimal and maximum illumination in cold conditions:
1) Place 2 hand warmers around unit and secure with self adhering wrap which can be found in drug stores or camo wraps. (The hand warmers slow down the heat loss through the aluminum housing).
2) Place a warm battery (room temperature) in the unit and turn on before going outside.
3) If the power level fluctuates, replace battery with a warm battery and continue use. (Rotate batteries as needed).

For the money (the operative word here is "money"), this has been a good product. It mounted easily on my picatinny rails, stayed snug and sighted in for several hundred rounds. The only complaint that I have is that it ceases to function at temps below 50 degrees F. I am not sure if this is something unique to all lasers or just to this particular brand and/or laser.

I wrote a review earlier ("kindapissedoffrightnow") regarding the fact that the laser crapped out after two minutes. I eventually sent it back for repair along with the paperwork, and within two weeks I got a new one from the distributor that works great along with some complimentary stuff (DVD, stickers, etc). These lasers, when they work, are a great addition for day or night zeroing in on your targets. If you get a bad one, just send it back and you will get one that works. And for the price it's not a bad deal at all.

Bought this for my mossberg JIC. I was very impressed with the brightness and the pressure switch is very good. I had no problems at all. IMO this laser is worth the money.

I bought bought 2 of these over the past few months and I have been happy with them. They are not "Life or Death" or "Military Quality" lasers but for just over $50 they are awsome. Zeroed easily, has held zero for months, and is still working fine. This is a perfect laser for general shooting applications and lots of fun night hunting with my AR. People this thing is $55 not a $400 USA made laser being used by our soldiers.

Just a quick head's up. I purchased two of these laser sights reading mixed reviews and found out for myself that the product was less than satisfactory. Given the fact that this product can be used in a life or death situation I am returning the product immediately.(Both of them) I tried everything: different new batteries, unmounting the system, checking the contacts, changing around the enclosed hardware. Poor. I then tried to conatct the manufacturer for a warranty (1 yr limited) and was sent on a wild goose chase thorought companies that may or may not truly exist. I was sent to Landmark.com who directed me by recording to Yukon who directed me by recording to Sellmark who sent me to an unknown voaice mail. Want frustration? Buy this product. I learned a lesson "you get what you pay for". Thanks to the distributor, not the manufacturer I am being refunded.
