I really like the bag for its capacity, organization, features and looks. However, after only a couple of weeks of fairly light use, there was a tear in the strap attachment seams that made the bag practically useless. My other complain would be in the fit of the straps, they are a bit stiff and aren't very ergonomic. Even though the bag itself has major flaws, I emailed CTD customer service with a description and picture of the rip and they got back to me within minutes with a note that they'd replace the pack at no cost to me, and shipped it an hour or so later; so 5 bullets for CTD customer service!

It is remarkably spacious for its size. I am able to fit an average sized laptop and two 2" textbooks plus my bike tools and accessories and there is still room to spare. Well worth the price. Overall a fantastic pack.

I bought this pack with the intention of making it my B.O.B When it arrived, I opened it up and realized it was a little bit smaller than expected. But as I began cramming it full of my basic survival items its like it magically grew! The straps, zippers, buckles everything are heavy duty and I couldnt have bought a better bag. This was my first purchase from CTD and it DEFINITELY will not be my last! Thanks for the great customer service!
