Finally the best Military MOLLE Pack has arrived! This is the most complete, inventive pack we have ever seen, loaded with custom design features that meet and match all environments and applications.

This pack integrates Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) designs. Every feature of this pack has been carefully engineered for both versatility and adaptability.

Main Compartment is 20" tall, 19" wide and 12" deep with four quick release straps to hold the load in place. Dual nylon mesh pockets with zippers, MOLLE webbing, dual covered vent holes on the top for radio antenna or bladder tube. Oversized, hook & loop fastened, covered center hole for antenna or pole. This main compartment is surrounded by four self-healing zippers providing the maximum in accessibility. Any zipper can be moved to allow access from the top or either side or split wide to facilitate initial pack loading.

Outer Upper compartment opens with dual zippers and is 14" tall, 12" wide and 3" deep. There is a key holder, three document pockets, pen and calculator pockets and dual bungee cords that tie down and adjust with hook-and-loop to provide the maximum load retention and stabilization. This pouch is covered with MOLLE straps and offset with dual gussets so the attached MOLLE accessories do not need to conform to the contour of the loaded pack. A hidden zippered compartment rests beneath the outer compartment and is perfect for maps, documents or charts.

Lower Outer Compartment is dressed with more MOLLE straps and continues with the same dual self-healing zippers. Inside mesh pouches will secure your small items. An auxiliary zippered mesh pouch secures your valued items and keeps them within quick reach. 12.5" wide, 6" tall and 3" deep.

Dual Side Pouches with MOLLE webbing outers and dual self-healing zippers 9" tall, 5" wide and 2.5" deep, perfect for ammo, magazines or water bottles.

Top carry handle, side balance carry handle and compression straps. The attention to detail is so fine that each piece of strap webbing has a hook-and-loop keeper to roll up excess straps and keep your pack and appearance in top form.

Fully Adjustable shoulder straps with quick release buckles and padded back rest with raised contour pads to prevent fatigue. Padded lumbar support with adjustable waist support for even load distribution. Clever design allows this waist belt support to be removed to cut weight and tighten the packs' profile for air or ground transport.

Rigid hidden pouch is beneath the padded back with access granted by a full length zipper, padded support and provides another perfect storage area for documents or your pressed dress shirts by providing both separation and support to the stored items.

I ordered this as a bug-out-bag, and read the reviews thoroughly. I am happy so far with the room, quality, and comfort so far as I am loading and deciding how to optimize all the room and pockets. I plan to use it for a weekend camping/motorcycle trip this weekend, and will let ya'll know how it goes.

I bought this bag prior to deployment: Needed an additional bag. The ModGear Ultimate is a good bag: Roomy main bag, Good sized kidney pockets, and an ample butt pocket in back. There is a concealed, zippered pocket on front side that contacts the users back (very nice). The shoulder and hip straps and wide, comfortable, and well padded enough for long-range uses. The hip-strap assembly is removable. The bag's main material is durable and dries rather quickly. As with any bag, dirt, sand, and debris will accumulate in outdoor theater environments, but this is an outdoor bag, not a computer bag. So I don’t recommend storing sensitive electronics in it. Sewing welds are good, while the zippers are phenomenally durable. Mil-Spec MOLLE hooks make add-ons a snap. My problem with the bag is tearing in the upper part of the bag (neck) where the canvas is sewn to the nylon. Storing over 15 lbs will drag the bag’s composition down so much in this bag, it stress to the top of the bag (interestingly, where the canvas is sewn to the nylon backing. Over time, this will result in ripping and expose your inner contents to the elements. This is serious design flaw with this particular bag. My suggestion is for ModGear to replace the paper-this nylon back (at least the upper-half, with a more durable fabric that can support weights greater than a few school books and lunch bag. While I like the bag, it needs improvement. For the student or casual backpacker, this is a fine bag. For those in the military trade, you may want to look elsewhere for now. Hooah!!

I just got my tactical pack in the mail today. Shipping was very fast. I was surprised at how good the quality of this bag is. I did some research before ordering this model. It's nice and big with tons of features. It is built very tough. The best pack I've seen for the money- by far! I ordered some MOLLE gear to go with it. Two AR mag holders, water bottle pouch, Ipod/stuff bag, and the MOLLE0153 wallet. They all fit on awesome and I still have plenty of more room to expand and put on more accessories. The Digital camo looks great. This was my first time ordering from CTD. Great experience overall. I'll be ordering more stuff in the future. Thanks again, Mike

I purchased this bag for hunting and camping. It seems to be holding up fine after a lot of use. There are a lot of features that I have not fully used yet, but I have had no problems with stiching or quality.

Rugged, durable, easily adaptable and enough room for a ARMY SFC to carry to and through a tour of duty. Only issue I had was the easy rip off top back side inside the zipper area. I wish the mfg. would take some time to triple-sew some areas I had to burn-together to keep intact. Then again, no bag is perfect. Otherwise, the average 'Joe' will get their mileage from this pack. I beat mine up. Yet I think you will be happy with this very cleverly designed and made backpack. Get it!
