The Backpack is a STOMP bag; Measures 20" tall 13" across, 11" wide. Outside flap has two netted, zippered flat pockets. The next flap has several elastic stays, one large zippered pocket and four medium open pouches. The next flap has a zippered pocket and a netted flat pocket with two zippered openings, several small pockets and elastic keepers.
The last flap has two pockets containing (2) color-coded mini packs. Pouches for two HydraStorm Hydration Systems External Features:
Adjustable shoulder straps, web belt, sternum strap. Paracord drop pouches so you can dangle the pack below your parachute and let it hit first. Two grab handles are attached to the outside flaps for picking up in a hurry. They also double as drag handles. Hook & loop strip located on the back panel for attaching marker panels and other items. Inside panel is padded with closed cell foam.

A.L.I.C.E. attachment webbing is sewn to the underside of the pack. Grommets in the bottom for drainage. Cinch straps are included for the sides and top to maintain load integrity during stress maneuvers.

I had my wife, a neurosurgical, ER and General surgical RN go over the listed contents of this bag before I bought it and asked her, "would this be nice to have WTSHTF?" She was impressed with it so I ordered 2 of them; one for civilian use and one for the shelter. She said it would save a lot of time gathering that stuff and also was very cost effective. When they arrived I had her verify everything was there in both; everything checked out. But, the expiration date on some of the items was in a couple months. She still said it was ok though and I give 5 bullets on bag alone.

I got one and I was shorted on the suture's only got 2 not 5, and missing a few other thing's but Walmart had me covered on those. I got two size's of airway's (cool) and a several other things. I suggest you will need to add some thing's and if your buying one you'll know what to add. I suggest you only buy one if you have medical knowledge, because there are thing's in the kit that you won't know what they are or how to use. I LOVE THIS KIT and suggest it for anyone who is serious about medical supplies, and want a good S.A.R. kit or EMT grab and go kit.

I'm a Combat Medic for a Cav Platoon. This bag is excellent for our stateside operations. It holds everything I need to care for an entire platoon. I did have to suppliment somethings though... (to be expected) This bag sells for over $300 by itself and if you were to buy all the supplies seperate you'd spend another $250. I wish we got issued bags like this. (Only complaint... not ACU Pattern)

Essential for anyone who has experience in Emergency Medical Care. It has everything for Trauma and Medical situations. The airways however are only one size, but it's for an adult and sizes to me. When I first received the bag it was disorganized, but stocked. After re-organizing for easier access I added extra gloves. They are a must with this kit as you only receive 2 pair. It's about as heavy as my rucksack with a lightweight sleeping bag. The bag has waist straps to "even the load". You can attach things to it. It's very sturdy. Very good quality bag. Overall it's functional, and effective.

This bag is well built and holds ALL my medical equipment. I have it set up for Airway, bleeding, and shock management. I carry it in the trunk of my vehicle all the time. A must have bag for all medic's !!
