I bought these because they were priced right and because of the good reviews. The mags are finished nicely and the 10 I bought are all very good quality with no sharp edges. They aren't as nice as Colt's originals or Wilson mags, but they are very good and are EXCELLENT for the price. I shot three of them and I had no failures. I hope the other 7 are as good. Buy these before the price goes up. These are 13.00 from triple k, 10.00 from the gunsource.

Like most, I was hesitant to buy these. The price makes it seem too good to be true. I decided that for the money I would give them a shot. Very glad I did. When they first arrived, I loaded each magazine with round nose target ammo and did a function test in the gun. Every one not only fed properly, but also held the slide back on the last round. I then tried square nose, JHP, Federal personal protection. Every round in every magazine fed without a problem. Absolutely the best buy on 1911 magazines I have ever found.

The only problem that I have was one of the followers would not hold open the slide. One small tweek and it was fine. For the money they can't be beat.

I purchased these with hesitation. I really thought buying a clip that was $5 was going to turn out bad. However that was changed when I got the package. By the way, expected shipping was 8-10 days, I received the package in 4!! Anyway, I was going threw hell and back to find clips for my llama single stack. And, my goodness they fit perfect, I have already put 29 rounds threw my llama with these clips and no problems at all!! For the others who have bad reviews. Don't read.. Its $5 so, if their is a problem its only $5. Buy with confidence!! I am buying 4 more as we speak.. Man, I love CTD!!!

I give this 2 bullets because the magazines were horrific as received - expect extremely sharp, unfinished edges; the springs sound like nails raking down a chalkboard. However, there is some really good news. With a little lube and exercise for the springs, they quiet down a bit. The bigger issue is the very crude shaping of the magazine feed lips. As compared to a factory Para or CMC magazine, the feed lips are closer together. The exit surface of the magazines are very rough and will cause failures. A rotary tool and 5-10 mins per magazine and they work GREAT. Zero failures after slight modifications. These are good DIY project mags - but I assume most people here want out of the box working products, hence 2 stars. I bought a good many of these and will purchase them again. Great for range use, not for personal / home defense.
