9x19mm barrel for GLOCK 17.

Lone Wolf Distributors match grade replacement barrels are manufactured from the highest grade mill select 416 stainless forgings. CNC machined and heat treated, providing a life time of service and unparalleled accuracy at an affordable price. The standard groove and land rifling make this an excellent choice for those who wish to shoot lead, plated or jacketed bullets. Can be used in factory ported or stock pistols.

I bought a non-threaded Lone Wolf barrel for my Glock 17 and I'm extremely pleased. It has smoothly and reliably fed lead round and truncated cone, FMJ, hollow points; anything I have fed it. I highly recommend it.

I've had one of these for about 2 years now I guess. I know that I've shot at least 2,000 rounds through it "at least". It fit perfectly right out of the box. It is more accurate then the factory Glock barrels to. Let me add that I have never had any problem with any of Lone Wolf's parts and I have used a lot.

Lone Wolf G17 9mm Barrel Stock Length: I’ve had a G17 for 8 years and truly love the gun. Since purchase and hence “new condition”, I could not print a group under 7” at 25 yards. At first, I didn’t care. Over the years, I became more critical of the accuracy of my G17, especially since I’ve shot other pistols that were more accurate. So… I bought the Lone Wolf barrel in an attempt to increase the accuracy. For the average shooter: The barrel fits into my G17 without special gunsmith needs and fees. I cycled the action several times and compared it with the action of the old barrel. Not much difference. I was excited to try it. At the range, this barrel got me a good 3” group. I can’t complain about that. From 7” to 3” is a great improvement. I was also using “plinking” ammo, not the “match grade” stuff. Another words, the cheaper ammo from WalMart such as Wincherster’s USA ammo. Note: the 7” groups were also with the cheaper stuff. If you’re the average shooter that does not reload, you should probably stop. For the reloaders: Since I reload, I cannot leave my honest opinions out! I knew I was throwing away the warranty by shooting reloads but I didn’t care. As I stated, the barrel did fit into my frame without a flaw. However, I did have some misfires with my reloads. Being the person that I am, I had to find out why. Not only were the tolerances tighter in the lockup areas (as advertised), but the tolerance is also tighter in the chamber. I measured .389” in the throat of the barrel vs. .391” of the factory barrel. This was enough for some of my reloaded ammo not to seat fully. Hence, when it jammed, it REALLY jammed. The cartridge was like a splitting wedge that had been driven into log. And since the log did not split, you could not remove the wedge. It took me 30 minutes to fix the first misfeed! Don’t get me wrong… I love the barrel. It got me good accuracy, which accomplished my goal with my G17. I simply have to use factory loads or ensure that each reloaded cartridge is within the parameters of the new barrel. My two cents… If you don’t reload and want a good – accurate barrel, buy one today. If you want good accuracy but want to use cheap reloaded ammo, then you better check yourself as these two conditions will usually conflict with each other. I hope this helps in your decision.
