You can't get better (in my opinion).

The old Super-Vel philosophy. Light weight, really high velocity, maximum expansion. Superb for home/personal defense. Not a problem in court. No "destructive" name like "Black Talon", "Terminator" or something like that.
Awesome Ammo

This stuff is perfect for home defense. I never truly believe reviews until I try it out myself. I popped two 100-150 pound hogs, and removed the bullets. It had a nice expansion through the soft tissue. At this price, I will be getting many more boxes.
Good Ammo!!

I love shooting these bullets. They do well in my Springfield XDM 40. Fellow shooters, you will need to pinch those pennies when the time comes.

I work for a police department that has about 100 officers. We have carried this ammo for several years. First we had a Smith and Wesson, and now we have had Glock 35's for the past three years. We do all of our range qualifications with our duty ammo (Golden Sabre). In five years of working here I have shot a lot of this stuff with a lot of different officers. I have only seen maybe two or three individual problems with this ammo. All of those were stovepipes I think (maybe one failure to feed). There were no failures to fire. I am inclined to believe that all of those problems were with the weapons and not with the ammo. This is a rediculously excellent load, and I trust my life with it every single day. I carry it off-duty, too, in my Glock 23.

Ive tried several different rounds in my 3" XD 40, these are awesome rounds. 165 grains is just about right for the gun, the 180 gr. has too much kick, and too much muzzle flash. These rounds are by far the most accurate rounds Ive used, I put two consecutive rounds in a 1 1/2 inch hole at 50 feet, not bad for a novice with a 3 inch barrel.
Best protection round

Golden Saber is the best. Light recoil, very tight group, shot 300 between gun cleanings and no jams, easy feed. Expands better in the water jug test. I always carried Winchester Ranger SXT until they started to become scarce and costly. I find Golden saber far better and about 1/2 the price.
