5.0 Rating Good Plinking Ammo - 12/24/20119mm BVAC FMJ 115 Grain 1000 Round Loose Case 1150 fps Inspected Once-fired Brass Practice Ammunition5.0000

Ran about 200 rounds through my brand new Gen 4 Glock 19. I fired off some other brand's new rounds first which had some issues due to break-in of the weapon, but after 40-50 rounds I mixed new brass and these and didn't have any issues. There are nickle plated brass reloads mixed in (not steel, not magnetic) but they are reloadable brass and cycled fine. COL is a little longer than some new rounds, but these have consistent COL. I bought BVAC reloads before and never had any issues.
5.0 Rating Few faults, but still good for the price - 12/14/20119mm BVAC FMJ 115 Grain 1000 Round Loose Case 1150 fps Inspected Once-fired Brass Practice Ammunition5.0000

A follow up to my previous feedback (below): 3000+ rounds shot. - 5 double feeds , most of those are probably my gun. I can't confirm it is because of this ammo. - 1 double feed because of the bad bullet quality (overmolded on top of the casing). QC problem. So it's only 1-2 bad rounds out of 3000+. Not bad. Glocks "eat" this ammo. If your gun is more sensitive, well, get a different ammo or a gun. :) Another reason any gun might not cycle properly is not enough recoil support by the shooter. In other words, the gun jumps when shooting and rounds may jam. Especially smaller guns. The only cure to that is to manage recoil and shoot smoother.
5.0 Rating MUCH BETTER NOW! - 12/7/20119mm BVAC FMJ 115 Grain 1000 Round Loose Case 1150 fps Inspected Once-fired Brass Practice Ammunition5.0000

I left a negative feedback here on 8/26/2011, when the first 200 rounds did not chamber and FTF. It was really bad. My 2 Glocks jammed every other round. I contacted BVAC and they were very supportive. They agreed to pay for return of 4000 rounds (4 heavy boxes!) for me for FREE! Yes, they paid for return shipping to check what was wrong with the ammo! Upon inspection they shot a few Glocks, etc. with my ammo and found no problems. And I believe them. However, they agreed to exchange it for me. Yes, they also paid for shipping of new 4 boxes. I could not be more satisfied! I have now shot 1000+ rounds from a new shipment and there is ZERO jams, FTF or FTEs. All rounds cycle properly. I can recommend these FMJ rounds to anyone. At least the most recent shipments.

Reviewer: What Happened Bvac???
I have a Springfield EMP.. Me and a buddy of mine split a 1000 rounds last year and I went through all 500 rounds problem free. Early this year 2011 we decided to split another box of 1000 9mm. Now I get at least 2 double feeds every 50 rounds. Many times after the round fires the cartridge get stuck so hard in the chamber you need to tap it out from the front end with a brass rod. I thought for the longest it was my gun till I started reading very similar problems on CTD. Using a digital caliper I have found the cartridges seem to have bellies through.. What happened Bvac? You all at one time had a great product.. Now I have 300 rounds I can't use thx..(strange note : my budy has a Kahr cw9 and does not seem to have a problem with them) BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK ........
