Every time I would fire 3inch mags, my light would shift toward the front of the mount, so I tightened it a little more and the metal ripped apart. Would be a great product if STEEL was actually used. It amazes me what manufacturers can get away with these days.

This is a heavy duty mount! Very well made at a very fair price. It's holding up well on my Mini 30.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY MINI 14 IT WORKS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD IS WHEN I MOUNTED MY FLASHLIGHT, I HAD TO MOUNT THE LIGHT TO THE SIDE, AND THIS KEEPS ME FROM USING MY SIGHTS BECAUSE THE MOUNTS ARE IN THE WAY. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM IF YOU ARE USING A SCOPE. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE PRODUCT BUT THE WAY MY THE RIFLE IS MADE.
