I installed these in a matter of minutes, but I have had a lot of practice taking Glock base plates off in the past. LOL, If you are having trouble, make sure that the inner plate is high enough up. This so that you can squeeze the bottom of the mag, and slide the bottom plate off. Two reasons for the 4 bullet rating. They claim +2, but in all actuality, you only get +1. If you do manage to get the 11th round in the mag, it bulges the back, and sides of the magazine. Also, I put them on two of my Glocik 27 mags. The concealability was the main reason I bought the pistol, and the extension takes that away to some degree. I do however use my extension mags, when I open carry here at the house.

This item is a must have on the sub-compact glock. Not only does it increase mag. cap. (+2 on the 26), but the extra finger pad makes all the difference for the pistol performance. Well made, installs in a snap, and it doesn't interfere with mag. drop/insertion. A+!

I have to agree with all the good things said about these extensions. Better grip for bigger hands is great and it is easy to install after you know what to use to do the job. I for one think these are a must have, although I to could only get +2 in the magazine. I am completely satisfied. I would recommend this extension to all Glock 26 users. Another great Pearce product.

I ordered these for my Glock 39 (only +1 since it's the fatty .45 GAP round) and I found installation to be fairly easy with a household small screw driver found inmost cheapo "home repair" tool kits. While loading the first magazine the extension/floor plate popped off and the rounds, spring, etc. went flying everywhere - this was my own fault by not having it "clicked" into place. Just make sure yours is clicked into place. The pistol feels much better with the extension - I would not carry,nor fire a sub compact glock without some form of a pinky rest!!!

Got these and mostly like them. Way more comfortable than Glock extenders. Can only get 10 rounds, so +1. Also, I get pinched a little on the pinky finger from time to time, not sure why. Wouldn't fire the G27 without mag extenders.
