The PMAG is a lightweight AR15/M16 compatible magazine. It features an advanced impact resistant polymer construction, a pop off Impact/Dust Cover for storage, and an easy to disassemble design with a flared floorplate for positive magazine extraction from pouches. The PMAG 30 utilizes a resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and an anti tilt, self lubricating follower for increased reliability.

The Gen 2 revision has been updated with a new body ribbing design which allows for better compatibility with aftermarket mag couplers, a new follower which provides even smoother loading with military stripper clips, and the Impact/Dust Cover can now be snapped onto the floorplate when not in use to prevent possible loss.

Note: Magpul has recently released the Gen 3 M3 Magazine. The magazines listed on this page are Gen 2 PMAGs with the dust covers. The M3 magazines will have a different part number when we receive them.

The Magpul PMAGs are the best mags I have found, period. I have replaced almost all my other mags with these and will continue to add a few to every CTD order. The dustcover and high quality springs means you can leave these loaded for extended periods and they still function like new. The dustcover snaps onto the mag base so you don't lose it. They work in the heat and cold, are non-reflective, and hold spray paint well if you don't like one of the colors they come in. Lay in a supply of these.

Bought an SR556 this week. I wanted to run the same mags that Ruger provides with the weapon. These are exactly the same. I read a comment that they were not as well made as advertised - NOT TRUE. These are nice mags and I will buy more. I only bought three, just in case it was true, but now I will stock up. Price is as good as any I could find. Delivered in three days. Awesome. Safe shooting everyone.

Just added a few more of these magazines to my supply. You won't find a better buy anywhere for this quality product. I ordered from CTD on a Saturday; Monday was a holiday, and I still had them delivered by Tuesday. Best customer service from CTD, hands down!

Great mag, feels a lot more natural in the hand than the metal ones. Dust cover is a great idea, too. Buying more of these, and forgetting about the metal ones.
