Bought two of these for Christmas gifts. One was wrong. It was not cut for the m&p 22. Not the end of the world I can get the right piece from black dog . Was not ctd's fault, it was boxed wrong. CTD no longer had any in stock after Christmas. Cycled fine, no jams. My son loves it.

Purchased two of these about a month ago and couldn't be happier. Since I couldn't find any of the original S&W mags I went with this and I'm glad I did. I shot 525 rds through it the first time out with my M&P 15-22. THey were Winchester hollow point 22LR and I only had 2 FTF but as far as the 50 rds. went, it worked flawlessly. I cna honestly say that having the 50rd drum is perfect!!

First off, the drum does well from beginning to end and the spring has the right tension to be fired fast or slow (NOTE: fire a rim fire .22 quickly at your own risk, they run the risk of having an “out of battery” round going off when the chamber is not fully forward ). I had an issue with the two magazines I got with my M&P where I loaded them to the top and it caused a malfunction past ten rounds which is why I bought drum instead of more magazines. I do know several M&P owners that have not had the same issue with their stock magazines, but I will not use them in my rifle again. The two drums that I have did very well, are easy to take apart and put back together; the drums also come with extra follower pieces. I’ll write back again if I need to repair the follower. There is a slot on the back of the drum that you wind while loading the magazine and is simple to use. The drum is easy to clean which is a plus. Take your time when taking the drum apart as you will run the risk of the spring spinning until there is no tension left, it can be fixed after a few minutes of winding. I only have two issues with the product: the drum does not lock back when the last round is fired though you can watch the follower in the drum to see if you are going to run out of ammo soon., the other issue is that the drum is a little noisy while loaded and unloaded.

GOT THIS 4 MY S&W MP-15-22 GREAT EASY TO LOAD NO SORE FINGERS AMMO FLOW IS GOOD MAY HAVE 2 GET ONE MORE AND IT LOOKS GOOD IN GUN.
