This parts kit is a great price, and - as always - CTD shipped it to me "most ricky-tick." The packaging even has a neat little diagram identifying which pin is what for people who might have a hard time figuring that out. The only beef is that it clearly says "All Pins Needed," yet lacks the buffer retention pin. That's a pretty big ball to drop, and I quite frankly expected more from DPMS. So, if you order this kit, be sure to also purchase a buffer retention pin separately. You may have to find it at another site or in a brick-and-mortar store.

One of these kits will be supplied with any rifle I build or sell. For the money, you absolutely cannot do better. There is easily $75 worth of kit included.

A few weeks ago, I was out target shooting when the trigger pin decided to break on me. Random, but oh well. I decided to go to a few stores around here and none sold just the pin. They wanted to sell me the whole lower build kit for over $60. I explained to them that I only needed just the pin and they told me that there wasn't any way to get a better deal. I just left their store and looked here. Sure enough, a good price for the exact part I needed. The pin has worked perfectly so far. No complaints about having extra parts for so few $$.

Kinda a basic set but it replaces some common loss and broken parts in an AR i recommend this and a stow away grip for anyone that goes on extended trips.

I've seen these spare parts and pins sets before, and I usually think that I won't need them. Well, the hammer on my AR wouldn't strike the firing pin, I knew something was wrong: the front trigger pin had snapped in half and one of those halves had fallen out, leaving me with a malfunctioning rifle. If I'd have ordered one beforehand, I'd be back in business in no time, but luckilly CTD is pretty quick to get orders out!
