The ProMag magazine for the 7.62 Saiga is definitely one of the lower cost options available to Saiga owners. I've purchased ProMag magazines for my .223 Saiga and they work perfectly. However, I'm having problems with the 7.62 mags. They don't seat into the rifle with the usual "click" I'm accustomed to. Removal is tricky. You almost have to slam them with your fist to knock them loose. The factory 10 rd magazine works perfectly, but all three of my ProMags are difficult to remove. I'm almost worried about taking them to the range, as I'm sure the range officer would frown on me having to smack my gun around to switch mags. I may return these if I can't fix this issue.
