The rounds I received seemed under-powered. They cycled perfectly in my Sig P250 full size. None of them failed to fire and they weren't very smokey. There was no visible muzzle flash and the pistol wasn't very dirty after shooting them. But these rounds were just weak. When the gun ejected, the spent cases barely cleared my right hand before they fell straight down to the floor. To put that into perspective, after shooting these I shot some Federal BP9 and those spent cases bounced off the booth wall and went behind me. This round is for plinking only.
