I thought "black phosphate" meant this was black. It's slightly off color and looks a little out of place when looking at the gun up close, but I didn't knock it down a bullet for this. It was easy to install once the old muzzle nut was cut off. Did a little damage removing the old nut, but I was replacing it anyway. Overall, item is as described and it's a cheap part, so I'd recommend it to anyone.
