I purchased this mug 3 months ago and I haven't had any problems. I mean for the price what can you expect? It keeps the coffee hot for a while and if not knocked over it will last plus your supporting Glock which is the main reason your buying this anyway Right? SO ENJOY!!!!!!

Be sure and enlarge the picture. The ad says stainless. Well, maybe it is. It's housed inside an acrylic shell that will break if knocked off a table onto a tile or concrete floor. When this happens the shell will crack, and the inner stainless vessel will separate from the outer shell, and when it's tipped, say, to have a sip, the outer shell will rapidly fill with the liquid contents of your "Team Glock" travel mug. I know all this because I bought one last month and it was broken today. It arrives with a disclaimer stating that the mug should not be expected NOT to leak. Well, it most certainly does now. Maybe this info should be included in the advertisement for this item?? But even before today's incident if the mug was tipped over onto a table the top had a 50/50 chance of coming off. It simply slides (very loosely) into place. It's a poor design, poorly constructed, and absolutely NOT up to any sort of Glock quality standards, even for just their licensed merchandise. It was a total waste of money. It sucks the big one. I have spent around a thousand bucks with CTD over the last 3 months or so, and I have to say this is the only product I've purchased that has been a real disappointment. For the price of 13-14 dollars you expect a mug of at least halfway decent quality. This thing wasn't worth the postage it took to send it to me. I feel ripped off. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!
