I recently purchased a SS Colt Delta Elite with factory rubber grips and wanted to dress it up without paying Colt prices for wood grips. I found a set of $10 Colt medallions, cut them into these $20 coco-bolo grips and produced a look that could sell for $100! They look beautiful against a matte finish as well. They are nicely grained wood with very nice checkering and diamond pattern, with a quality finish to boot. At this price, I plan to stockpile a few for replacements down the road.

I had a pair of Chip McCormick Grips (Slim) on the 1911 and wanted ta' go w/ Full size ~ let me tell ya' there is absolutely NO difference in their quality and craftsmanship of that in the McCormicks. After the conversion, the weapon not only feels better but, looks great just as well. I guarantee they be worth all the pennie$! I am overly satisfied with these grips ;)... Note: Might add, that there was no need for modifications, with the exception of the bushings ie., from Slim to Full.

I just put these on my RIA 1911. They are a great fit, and they look perfect. The feel is crisp yet they are not too rough on the hand. They improved the control of the weapon greatly. The top screw holes are not counter bored enough to flush fit the RIA screws, but that is not the fault of the grips. The after-market hex screws are a must here.

These grips fit on my 1911A1 perfectly, and look as good as grips that my friends have paid twice as much for.

these grips look great on my 1911. you cant go wrong for the price. they look just as advertised and have a nice finish.

I bought these as a replacement for the orignals that came on my Rock Island 1911. The fit and finish are great, and they look alot better than the ones that came on the gun.
