This barrel fits my Glock 27 perfectly. I shot over 300 rounds, and didn't have any FTF's. Well worth the $'s considering 9mm ammo is cheaper than 40 S&W right now.

I purchased this conversion barrel last week and just got back from the range. I ran 200 rounds of ammo through it with just 1 ftf jam. I really think I inadvertently weak wristed it on that one. Other than that it worked flawlessly. For 99 bucks you can't go wrong. Practicing with 9mm instead of shooting .40 cal ammo will save enough money to pay for this barrel in no time. Next up is a .357 sig conversion barrel. (which will not save money, but will be a hoot to shoot!!!)

I purchased this a few months ago to convert my G27 to 9mm. This works as advertised!!! In addition to all the benefits of shooting less expensive ammo, this also accepts G17 & G19 mags. You need to purchase the grip extender apparatus to fill in the gap left by the large capacity magazines. Perhaps this is just lucky, my G27 mags accept the 9mm ammo and feeds flawlessly. One final note, very accurate, feeds and functions as though was the original equipment. If you have contemplated this conversion, do it, you will not be disappointed.

This barrel is top quality and is a true drop-in replacement. Upon receiving the barrel in the mail my first impression was that it was a well made part. No cheap appearance what-so-ever. I was concerned about it's readiness to "drop-in" to my untouched factory slide but it dropped right in and fit tight with absolutely no modifications. I also purchased the 17 round Glock magazine from this site which worked flawlessly in my Glock 27 as well. Depending on the generation of your Glock it appears all 9mm magazines will fit right into the G27 as easily as the factory .40 S&W clips. I ran 400 rounds through this barrel today and had absolutely no issues even though it was blisteringly hot. Every round fed right in and ejected without hesitation using the factory G27 extractor and recoil spring. The only part that was changed was the barrel. I'm extremely pleased with this barrel and highly recommend it to anyone. The much lower price of 9mm ammo should be mentioned here as well, very nice.

Bought a conversion to 9mm. Have fired tons through it with no failures. Would reccomend to everyone. No other modifications needed. Dont forget your 9mm magazine!

Have had my G27 for 8 years or so, and I just found out about these barrels and the fact than you can convert the 27 to shoot 9mm or 357 sig. Received my barrel and have put a few hundred rounds through it now with no failures whatsoever. I really like that this is a nice inexpensive way to have two guns for the price of one. I have a Sig 226, but that stays in the safe now...great to get more (and cheaper) shooting done with the 9mm caliber. I like the fact that my original 40 cal barrel is blued and this is stainless, as it gives another cue that I'm loaded for the new caliber.
