I purchased this unit about 6 months ago. I use it daily in measuring gas ports for semi-auto rifles. I checked it aainst the gauging pins we use and found this unit to be as accurate as a $300.00 Mitutoyo caliper or their micrometers. Dollar for dollar, an excellent investment for a hobbiest on a tight budget and still get the best results.

I have been in the market for a digital caliper for quite some time. When I came across this one I wasn't too sure, "you pay for what you get". Turns out that statement doesn't always apply. So far I am very pleased with this product. Well built and accurate, this is just as good, if not better than calipers costing twice as much.
