| Scarce Venezuelan contract M.1924/30 Mauser military target rifle!7mm. Made by FN ( Fabrique National, Herstal, Belgium (M.1924/30 M.1924/30 M.1924/30 (Very High Quality of manufacturing!), and accordingly marked on the left side of the receiver, "FAB. NAT. D'ARMES de GUERRE HERSTAL - BELGIQUE". I believe that only a very limited number of rifles of this type were manufactured by FN for the Venezuelan army. The rifle is fitted with a micro adjustable, target style rear sight calibrated from 100 to 300 meter. The base of the target sights displays, "Va" (in the rectangular) and "A" (in the rectangular). Strong, 98-type action. The receiver displays very nice Venezuelan crest and the wording, "E. E. U. U. de Venezuela". There are some other proof marks stamped on metal. All matching serial numbers (the numbers are stamped on the receiver, barrel, bolt. All the serial numbers are original, and they were not restamped. Sporterized stock has been customized. Very smooth action. There is a small area of pitting above the crest.All the internal parts of the rifle are in excellent+ condition, with no visible wear. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on metal. No import marks. Scarce Venezuelan military target rifle! Serial# 323XX.
