this machete was great it isnt to long where its hard to control the blade isnt as thick as i would like but was still pretty hefty and when mine came in the tip wasnt rounded at all it was sharper than anything i could imagine this is definitely worth 10 buck oh yeah its also sturdy enough for self defense i was attacked by a coyote and this machete save me cut clean to the coyotes spinal cord

Mine was dull too. I tried to cut some brush but got so frustrated I gave up. I plan to grind an edge on it and try it again. Otherwise I'll buy a "real" machete.

Im very happy with the Quality. It came not as sharp as would like but I put a great edge on it and now it can hack down just about anything.

this is a great machete, it cuts very well and is very sharp when it waz bought, the handle is great it fits my hand on it very well, the blade is a good lenght and is not heavy which is handy cause you can throw it around easy

I wasnt satisfied with this machete it doesent cut anything well and constantly needs sharpening.Also the tip was very rounded instead of pionted.If I would have known this machete was made with this low level of quality I would have bought a machete from wal-mart instead.

THIS MACHETE IS DEFINATELY AN IMPROVEMENT OVER A SIX DOLLAR MACHETTE AT THE CHAIN STORES. VERY WELL MADE AND GRIP FEELS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH A LITTLE EXTRA ROOM (I WEAR SIZE LARGE GLOVES). IT COMES VERY SHARP AND READY TO GO FOR THE BRUSH. THE ONLY REASON WHY I DIDN'T GIVE IT A 5 IS BECAUSE THE TIP WAS A LITTLE DULL AND MORE ROUNDED THEN THE PIC. OVERALL NICE MACHETE!!
