M16-13LE Law Enforcement Combo Edge Knife -
All 1* designs feature AUS 8 stainless steel blades, chosen for edge retention and durability, black titanium nitride coated. Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point™ serrated edges for rugged cutting tasks that break down standard cutting edges. All models feature the "Carson Flipper" extension to the blade, which aids opening and acts as an individual blade guard.

One hand opening and closing is velvet smooth, the result of Teflon® bearings. The ambidextrous thumb stud with checkered surfact provides instant access in any circumstance. Every model features a removable black Teflon® plated stainless steel clothing/gear club. Includes sheath with clip.

Serrated Blade -
A serrated blade has a cutting edge that has many small points of contact with the material being cut. By having less contact area than a smooth blade, the applied force at each point of contact is relatively greater and the points of contact are at a sharper angle to the material being cut.

A Japanese made medium carbon, high chromium stainless steel, which offers a good balance of toughness, edge sharpness and corrosion resistance.
