This is a good Ghillie suit. I used it for bow hunting this year you can't even tell anyone is in the tree. I'd recommend this to anyone. It does have a textile synthetic odor to it, but I let it set out for a few months and covered it in smoke from a campfire to mask the scent. Overall this is a good buy, I would buy it again.

My first impression was,.... "Ahhhh SH**, I bought the wrong one." After working out the knots and getting everything good to go, It started to look decent. I'm going to use it today and add some foliage to it and see if my younger (very HYPER) brothers can spot me. Tomorrow I will write another review with a better rating and explain a little more. Note: The Ghillie Suit looks nothing like the picture and the box it comes in has a picture also, it doesn't look that cheesy. After reading all the good reviews on this item, I decided to purchase one. When I opened the package all the synthetic jute (possibly polyester) was matted up into balls. It took about 8 hours of dethatching to achieve a decent coverage of the nylon suit. There are several places where the jute is already freyed, causing the jute to immediately knot up back into a ball. The overall suit looks pretty good after hours of working on it. I have a feeling that over time the quality of the jute will be the suits biggest downfall. If you intend to use this suit for hunting purposes be aware that it has a strong textile / dye odor to it that may alert game to your presence.

All I can say is WOW! I'm only 12 but I played airsoft with my friends and owned them all, and in paint ball people walk right over you. Best Ghillie ever. Thanks CTD

I ordered my ghillie suit and had it in just 3 days,and when i opened the box and took it out i was impressed.I had to take a brush and work the strings out and WOW what camo.I do a lot of wildlife photography and i will use it very often.I showed it to a friend and he plains to order one for turkey season,i will also use mine for turkey season this spring.Thanks cheaper than dirt for such a good product. This suit is perfect for any application. I just got mine recently and it is a 4 pc set that comes in the box. It has the pants with the elastic waist that will adjust to fit almost anyone. The pant leg bottoms have elastic bands with 2 buttons to keep them up if you are shorter and you can unbutton to fit over even the largest boots. The top is a front button up jacket with elastic bands on the wrists, and a nice cotton band around the neck so it won't get on your nerves. All the pieces are made of a nice soft, lightweight material that will not suffocate you nor keep you from walking/running through the woods. The head peice is a good sized cap with the same material all over and has a nice little window to see through to give you full concealment. It's large enough for me to wear my paintball mask underneath and see PERFECTLY out of the goggles. I put a nice wool cap on in the winter for hunting and its golden. The 4th item in the set is the gun cover which is not shown in the picture (nor is the face cover on the hood). The gun cover is a good length to cover most shotguns/rifles/paintball guns. I have the mossy oak camo form wrap on all my guns and paintball gear, and it works very well to keep the gun cover where I want it when I'm moving around. If you are looking for the best priced ghillie/camo suit for hunting or paintball for ANY season, STOP LOOKING because this is it. I've done LOTS of research and you will pay this price for sometimes just one piece of this unit. You are not sacrificing quality either, this is just an excellent deal from cheaperthandirt. I have buddies that are envious of this suit and paid almost $200 for theirs. GET IT.

The Ghille suit for the x-tra large is an actual buttoned up jacket, pants, and cap suit. I bought the med/lg for my 2 boys and it is webbing with the cammo sewn on. Both are great, but I like the x-tra large better. This must be the best cammo a person can buy. Would recommend the x-tra large for the average size person and up. However, my sons are satisfied with the large Ghille suits they have. Bought one for my nephew, also. No complaints.

Hat, pants, and shirt are made of netting with tied on strings. A few of the strings fell off but it's easy enough to add more to the netting. I put on the Large/XL woodland and being 6'2" 220 it was big on me. Crawling in the brush you may lose a few bits but it stays together. The pants seem an ok length for my 32" inseam, I ended up walking on some strings but I just cut them shorter. There is no Front or Back to this piece and the waist is a draw string. The Hat must be tied to the shirt. All in all it's a good piece for weekend excursions but I don't think it would hold up to a few weeks of rough use. Bring a field repair kit. Worth the 70 bucks. It's better to be unseen and unarmored than seen and armored.

My Grandpa was in the army and had a suit but this one is so much better and is breathable. im only 13 but i would strongly recommend this suit. its let me sneak up on deer while i was hunting and people walk on top of me in paintball. cabelas sells a similar suit for $190 and you have to buy the parts seprate. GOOD STUFF RIGHT HERE!

I have one of these camo suits, i bought it from here and it is the best thing to conceal yourself from deer. I shot my 12 pt buck with this suit on. NICE!!

All i can say is WOW..I just got my Ghillie Suit and it is unbelieveable! The extra large fits perfectly over my uniform and the quality is surpassed by none. Im currently stationed in Iraq so i havent been able to use it yet but trust me i am counting the days!!

This is a great ghillie! I looked around the net and other web sites were selling just the ghillie jacket for this price. If you plan to wear jeans and a shirt under the ghille I would opt for the extra large. I wear a size 34 in the waist and the xl ghillie fits perfect!

i use this all the time in airsoft wars and paint ball wars its ez to get paint balls out. this is the best ghillie ever!!!!!!!!!

This suit is really a great deal for the money. I recently attended a paintball scenario game and this ghillie suit was 10 times better than any suit out there.

OKAY OKAY WOW...When I got this suit I was amazed at the quaility and color..I bought it for Turkey season, but I think I will use it for Paintball too.. Cheaper than dirt could AND I MEAN could sale this ghillie suit for double the price and still sale a truck load....I went to other Outfitter stores Like B*ss P*o Sho* (sorry dont know if i can list their name) anyways just for the pants only, was the same price for this whole ghillie suite.... The hat it comes with is great...It has a mesh screen to peer out of and help keep bugs out too...The pants have a draw string to loosen or tighten waist...also the pants have snaps down by ankles to put your boots on with ease...The top can slid over head or has button down front.. I normally wear in pant size 36-38 waist and 30 in inseem.. so I bought the XL and to my suprise the top was big and the pants were long ...But I think thats so you can wear warmer clothes underneath if you had to..Thanks again and if you need the ultimate in comoflague this is it... P.s My son who is 4 yrs called me the walking bush lol...

i love this thing. i am debating on whether buying 6 or 8 more for my upcoming children. you basically vanish when you are in heavily wooded areas. i love this. i even wear it for fun on weekends.
