YHM is proud to offer it’s newest free floating forearms. These unique forearms feature diamond shaped heat vents, an extended top rail for gap-free installation, “T” marked rails to mark accessory locations, they accept our end caps, and utilize our anti-rotation screws for secure installation. The forearms and barrel nuts are made of 6061-T6 aluminum and hardcoated to military specifications. The jam nut and anti-rotation screws are steel and plated a matte black finish to match. I been serching for a very good free float hand guard, but not too expensive. And I just found it. I put over 300 rounds 3 day after I got it, and the barrel stayed cool, and also made my Stag Arms AR-15 look sick at the range. Yhm are great. Thank you CTD.

Excellent handguard for the price! YHM products are well known for quality & price, plus the CTD price was even better! Installed on an AR pistol with a 7 1/2" barrel, covers the entire barrel just past the threaded tip (install your flash hider first) Any two pin free float tube wrench works, YHM doesn't require torquing of the barrel nut, and if you center the gas tube opening correctly, the handguard levels itself out via the anti-rotation screws. Couldn't ask for a better product!
