This unique forearm features diamond shaped heat vents, an extended top rail for gap-free installation, “T” marked rails to mark accessory locations, and utilize anti-rotation screws for a secure installation. The forearm and barrel nut are made of 6061-T6 aluminum and hardcoated to military specifications. The jam nut and anti-rotation screws are steel and plated with a matte black finish to match. Assemblies include: one jam nut, one barrel nut, two anti-rotation screws, and one forearm tube. Carbine length.

I put one of these on my bushmaster AR-15 and I love it so far. I didn't give it 5 stars because I don't have anything to compare it to. This is the first one I bought after a friend told me that Yankee Hill makes great products and is not overpriced like some of the other companies. I do recommend getting the rail cap that sits in front of your gas block also it just makes it look that much nicer. Very pleased with CTD as always best prices and service.

I got this carbine length quad rail for my RRA AR-Pistol. It was an easy install. No fuss putting it on and it looks great. It's pretty light weight for the quality and strength. And a great deal for the price. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of upgrading to a quad rail. (keep in mind, if you get this you WILL need to use the tool and disassemble the entire foregrip. It is NOT a slip on.) That being said it was still a very smooth install.

This is a very nice piece of kit! It is everything that I was expecting.. now with that said, I used this on a 7 inch pistol project in 5.56mm it added just the right amount of weight that I wanted and the mounting options as well! It fit perfectly on the upper that I used and locks down very tightly. One thing I noticed in one of the postings that u don't have to tighten this down as per mil-spec. Yes you do, the barrel nut must be torqued down to 30 foot pounds or it WILL come loose! It's the barrel nut! It will not come off do to the gas tube being there, but you don't want it to come loose either, explosives in close proximity to your face!? Anyway, you will not be unhappy with this fore end!

This YHM Diamond Quad Rail is the nicest looking best performing quad rail that I've ever had.....ok it was the first I ever had but it is working great on my Stag Model 3 and looks great. Highly recommend!
