Other than the buffer assy being stuck backwards in the tube I have no problems with it. It seems fairly sturdy, doesn't rattle in any position. of course I would rather have a Magpul UBR.

I bought this stock kit for a rifle build, and though I was not very impressed with the actual stock body itself, I only wanted the buffer tube and mounting hardwhare, so in the end I dumped the dpms stock body itself and re-installed the comercial vltor emod stock, now thats a winning combination, also works very well with magpuls ctr, and even a standard rock river or bushmaster stock. I wouldv'e givin this stock atleast a 4 or 5 but due to the absolute poor quailty of the stocks locking mechanism it only gets a 3.

I ordered this to replace the 3 position stock. The stock was stuck completely collapsed when I received it and took some work to get it freed. After I freed it, it worked flawlessly. Mine is not loose and does not rattle. FWIW, I think it was worth the $$

Not so happy with this one goes on easy looks good but the latch is pooly made and it is loose when you press it in to unlock it. The stock is tight to move back and forth in the last hole hope it will loosen up some.
