I have been wanting a Noveske KX3 Flash Suppressor for some time, however the price of $125.00 makes it kinda out of reach at the moment. I bought this and guess what? It works just like a Noveske KX3 Flash Suppressor except it doesn't have the name, the flaming pig or the price tag. It is a bit longer but it works nonetheless, directing all the blast and concussion out the front of the barrel. The one bonus about this is I can shoot golf balls and the KX3 cannot. I guess I can take this to a machinist and have it shortened a bit but I don't want to take away any of my golf ball velocity.

OMG!

I've partaken of many types of sport marksmanship over the last 35 years and this type of "golfing" is un-believable! The ball travels so fast, only the shooter will see it leave the tube. Be carefull, this is serious mojo...

Absolutely awesome. I put it on the end of my M4 and just looks awesome. This thing launches a golf ball a good 400 yds. It only drops about 5-10 feet at 200yd for me. flies like a knuckle-ball. but fun as can be.

Can you have more fun?

Combine this with the .22 conversion and use .22 blanks for tons of fun. This set up gives you about half the distance of using .223 blanks - about 2 inches of drop at 25 ft. I've been finding lots of stuff at the shop to shoot at.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!

I am a life-long gun nut, have traveled the world, seen many things, done many things. Recently I ordered the golfball launcher and some blanks. Today I shot my first golf ball. How far did it go? Don't know, went out of sight at about a 45 degree angle. It's better than advertized. Screws on an AR-15, no problem, threads fit perfect when attaching to standard threaded barrel. From 22 cal to 50 cal MADUCE and everything in between, this is the most fun shooting I have ever experienced. At the cost for the launcher and two containers of blanks, the most fun for the money you can ever imagine. Thanks Cheaper than Dirt for a great product at a low price. Maybe when I grow up I won't get so excited but at age 64, hey, this is just so much fun.

Lotsa fun for little money

Hey gang, thought I'd write a review about this launcher. First and foremost, this is not an M203 grenade launcher, so don't expect pinpoint accuracy at several hundred yards. But that doesn't mean it's not fun... I had the most fun in years with this thing!!! We went out the other day with about a hundred or so golf balls and started blasting away. Everyone thought it was fun- cousins, uncles, parents, if they tried it they loved it! Average flight was about 175ish meters. We did have a few out past the 300+ mark, but those were usually snugged in nice and tight (with the golf ball spun somewhere around a quarter turn once inserted to ensure snugness). They do leave a distinct burn pattern in the golf ball, but hey, wally world's cheapest did just great. Also, if you load a mag full of blanks, you will have to cycle your AR after every shot. As for hitting anything with these, it's a little trickier than one might think. We did hit one of those metal house "For Sale" signs of a decent thickness at about 75m, and it tore through it like it was tissue paper. So DO NOT shot at people! That's about it, if you get one be safe & have fun.

Accuracy???

No spin is needed to get it somewhat accurate.. Pin a tail like a shoelace about a foot long on to the tennis ball. It has a stablizing effect. The longer the string, the more stable to projectile. Dont go with too long a string.1-3 feet is fine..

This is awesome! Not real accurate but it shoots golf balls out about 300 yards. I shot one straight up (not a good idea) and lost sight of where it went, I never found that ball. When I did find the balls they had a little burn mark from the blank firing so do not use your new Top-flites for this. Accuracy is kinda like a knuckle ball because there is no spin to stabilize the ball in flight but it sure does go far. I wanted to shoot a fence or a brick wall to see what it does but now I am scared to because of how far it shoots. My friend wants to take it to the hunting lease to shoot at the pigs that get under our feeders. That might prove to be some fun and I will post write another review on how that goes.
