This rail works great for me. I don't like the feel of a full size quad rail so this rail is perfect. I get to mount what I need and still get to use my original fore grips. It was easy to install and looks great on my M4.

This worked great for mounting a Flashlight and Laser Sight on the top for my "Pre Ban" Olympic Arms Commando Carbine on the cheap , without having to dump the original handguards , and still get to use my org iron sights as well . Easy to do as well . Remove the handguard you want to put it on , take out the aluminum heat shield , use screws supplied to mount it , replace heatshield , and then the handguard , 'n' your done . I am eyeballing the new triple mount similar to this for another AR as well .

I recently bought this rail for my Olympic Arms w/typical hand guards. Seems extremely sturdy but... would only fit towards the front of my handle. Would not fit the middle like the picture above. This will actually work to my advantage though since I using it for a flashlight. Overall, great rail for the money.

Just put on the double rail, went on easily towards the front on a bushmaster carbine 15. Also got a flashlight adapter Item #: ARR-098 snaps on easily, together a perfect fit, anyone have a good recommendation for a laser that can connect to the other rail.

In order to install this on my M4 I would have to drill holes through the heat shields inside the handguard. Then to get the little parts into the holes and hold them was just not what I wanted to deal with. But CTD glady took them back!

This mount works well. Fits good on my M4 fat Handguards , no modifications needed. Will fit any of the vent holes in the handguard, forward, back or anywhere in the middle. Solid , lightweight mount.

This mount works well. It must be mounted forward for even seating on the handguard. The rails accept many different mounts, more forgiving than similar products.

While these will not fit the larger oval handguards they will, however, fit the standard size forearms securely. These rails mount in about one minute and are probably the best accessory rail I have ever dealt with. They hold your light or laser at an angle keeping a slightly less obtrusive profile and it just plain looks cool. A little bit of Loc-tite to secure the screws and it becomes as tough as an iron bar. Solid and reliable and for under $10 you can't go wrong. If quadrails aren't for you then this item will fit the bill perfectly. Buy it with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

The installation was easy and is great for the 1" removable flashlight adapter. The fit is tight and seemed to fit best towards the front (smaller OD) of the hand guards.

I have an Armalite M-15 and ordered this rail system to mount on my rifle. It may just be my model, but I had some trouble installing this with the supplied machine screws. They could easily hold the rails to the grip as intended; however, once tightened down the rails were not very level compared to the barrel. Also, the inner curve of this mount did not quite match the curve of the outside of my grips and would actually compress the grip piece so that it would not match up with the other side when installed back on the rifle. Despite these troubles I was able to remedy the situation by running down to the hardware store and picking up some new screws and some washers. I found that some 10-32 3/4" screws and a couple washers allowed me to mount this rail system so that it wasn't snugged up against the grip, and instead floated off the surface by the thickness of a washer, keeping it from compressing the grip. This also allowed me some further adjustment of the rails to keep them more level in relation to the rifle. So if ordering this rail system for your rifle, you may get lucky and have it work right out of the bag. Otherwise you might have to try something like I did to get it to your liking. Either way, not a bad way to get some rails on your foregrips for the price. It seems like a sturdy piece with very thick, reinforced plastic. Even without anything mounted to it the unit does not detract from the look of your rifle, and is low profile enough not to get in the way of your sights or your hand's grip.
