| I bought this rail & grip combo for my Tippmann A5 paintball marker. I configured my A5 to look like an M4 flattop and needed a bottom rail on the handguard, and bought this. The rail mounted easily and fits snug with no sliding. The grip adjusts with a simple flat screwdriver, and is a perfect fit for my hands. If you're looking for a decent rail, and want to save on a future grip, buy this. You won't be sorry. |

| Actually split up this combo for a custom job -- took the front handgrip, drilled around the hole near the front, and slid it around a front sling swivel. Then turned the front sling swivel so the screw goes through the handle, through the swivel, and out the back of the handle grip. Only one screw is in, but Vgrip holds nice and strong.
Then took rail and drilled through gun stock and mounted as accessory rail on side of gun.
Very nice upgrade to an already intimidating weapon, and costs as much as a box of handgun ammo. very nice item for the price. |
Broke after a few uses, 03/07/2008 |

| I bought this item in Jan 08 and it was broke by Feb 08 after very little use. Both of the pieces that go on the inside of the handle (the "female" portion of the screws) are broke. They split in the middle across the top. I have had the gun in the case most of the time until I pulled it out the other day for work (police) and found that the rail was moving and then realized they were broke after taking it apart when I got home. When I bring my gun out for work I can't afford to have it fall apart in my hands.
Note: This is very unusual for CTD parts/items. The stuff I've purchased in the past has always been great. In fact, the tactical carrying case and other items I purchased with this item have been flawless. The case is part number MOLLE-202 and I recommend it highly. It even comes with backpack straps. |

| Cool, nicer then I expected, got because it was cheap, and this is a hidden treasure among grip. If you are looking for something cheap, and functional, then by all means, this is the grip for you. My only con is its alittle small around, and my hands engulf it. But, thats ok. Hence my 4 stars. |

| I didn't expect much for 15 bucks, but was pleasantly surprised! The rail went onto my factory Bushmaster handguards without a problem. The grip itself looks nice, and is comfortable. The whole assembly is solid: no wobble, no flex. This is a good value! |

| I put it on my bushmaster, and the rear end of the rail would always slip side to side no matter how tite I titned it. I ended up putting a washer in to keep it from sliding, but after that it worked fine. I wouldn't recommend mounting a light or lazer on this rail due to the sliding. |

| Cheap and effective. I used it on a 16" Carbine. Hand guard removal is tricky but not difficult, and that has nothing to do with the quality of the product. Definitely worth the $15. |

| My department purchased surfire lights that are apart of the front handguard assembly. Due to this, we were not able to fit the guns with other assec. such as this. This was simple to add and all I had to do was remove the bottom part of the handguard, the two thin heat deflectors inside and screw it on. It took me about ten minutes and the gun was back together and back in the case. I mounted the grip so I can still use the several Light pads that are on the top portion of the handgaurd. The grip is nice even if you have the rails already on your handgaurd and want a nice grip and dont have the money to pay alot. I am buying my own personal AR right now and will probably order this just for the grip. |

| I put this on my Dept. issued M4. Wow! I figured the performance would be on par with the price but boy I was wrong. It was nice to find something that holds up for this cheap, instead of spending over $100 for the rails and grip. |

| I was skeptical about the quality of this grip because of the price BUT wow was I wrong. When I received this in the mail ( bought online on Sunday and received on Wednesday) and installed it ( 2 minute install) I was very impressed. CUDOS to the maker and for allowing it to be available at a low cost.

| Required heat shields being removed to install.I don't think it's the best option for a carbine. For the price you can't complain too much. |
