I have used the S&B loads for my model 99E Savage .22 Hipower rifle, and found them to work very well. The listed speed is over 3,000 fps, and I had trouble adjusting the front signt high enough to compensate. I did find that compared to the Old Dominion brand I had shot before, that the S&B loads shot about 1 foot high and 1 foot to the left at 50 yds off the rest. I still shoot it for pleasure, and am looking for the Unique powder and 4227 loads that will shoot the bullet a little slower.
