.45 ACP, Speer Lawman, 230 Grain Full Metal Jacket Bullet, 50 Round Box, 845 fps.

Lawman ammo is perfect for target practice, training or plinking. Unicor construction virtually eliminates core/jacket separation, the main reason for bullet failure with conventional cup and core bullets. Clean burning propellants deliver optimum velocity while ensuring consistent chamber pressures. Non corrosive CCI primers are used for highly sensitive and reliable performance, and reloadable brass cases are manufactured to tight tolerances for quality assurance.

Muzzle velocity: 845 fps
Velocity at 50 yards: 800 fps
Muzzle energy: 356 ft/lbs

I ran 200 rounds through my Springfield .45 just to try this Lawman ammo out and I must say I was very impressed. The top/front of the slide gets a bit of grit on it from these but with the 4 inch barrel it happens with a lot of the more expensive ammo I've used in the past also. All in all great ammo at a great price! I will be ordering more Speer Lawman in .45 ACP and look forward to trying it out 9mm and .40 S&W!

I've been trying to shoot "leadless" ammo and I've put a lot of Lawman(9mm and .45) down the range. I have had NO problem, no Hiccups, no misfires, and fewer cleanup problems in my G36 and G19. Yes, the muzzle of the G36 gets a bit dirty (3.78" barrel) but it does that with all the 45 ammo I've used (UMC leadless and PMC silver). I think the low lead exposure is an overwhelming benefit even if it was dirtier - which I don't think it is.

I bought 500 of these to run through my SA Micro Compact Operator. I shot the first 200 a few days ago. Every one of them fired and fed perfectly, and they were moderately accurate. They lose two bullets because of just how dirty they were. Maybe it was because I have a 3" barrel, but just a couple boxes in to the run I noticed the entire muzzle end of the pistol was coated in residue and my hands were black. By the end, it was so filthy that it took about 3x as long to clean as normal. I'm still not satisfied with the job I did cleaning. I normally wouldn't knock bullets off for this, but I've just never seen anything run so dirty. I suspect you may have more luck with a 4+ inch barrel.
