When upgrading to the Saiga INTRAFUSE T6 stock set, this handguard will complete the upgrade. Features side and bottom rails allowing for maximum flexibility, lightweight with added ventilation for heat dissipation, and includes a Sling Nut. The handguard includes everything needed to adapt to the Saiga 7.62 x 39mm, .223, .308, or the 12 & 20ga Saiga shotguns, will not work on the .410, counts as 1 U.S. 922r compliant part.
Handguard weighs 9.6 ounces and features a bottom rail that is 4.75" long. Side rails are each 3.35".

This makes my second puchase of this and this time assembly was much easier. Loctite is a definite need to secure the rail screws. I only wish the rails were aluminium instead of plastic. but for the price the quality is very good. Anything I mount to the rails fits well and secures tight. Another great buy from CTD

Just installed on my 7.62 Saiga. Took a little bit to assemble the rails to the guard but once assembled it fit perfect to my rifle and appears to be very solid. I have an allen wrench set from local auto parts store that I can fit inside the tactical buttstock just to have on hand if anything comes loose. About 5 dollars well spent as it has the tiniest allen wrenches on it. I also mounted the AR-15 foregrip and still have plenty of lower rail to mount a flashlight/ laser later on.

Installed this on a .223 Saiga. I had to use the .308 forward block as the .223 block would not fit my forward pins. This may have been a factory mistake when the rifle was built, I don't know, but fortunately TAPCO included both blocks. I was disappointed TAPCO did not include a tiny allen wrench for assembly. Also, one of the major assembly bolts was missing from the parts package. I took a trip to the hardware store to find a replacement bolt and wrench. While there I also got slot head bolts to replace the original smaller allen bolts as the store didn't have the correct sized allen wrench without buying an entire kit. The entire process took me several frustrating hours when it should have only taken a short time. When finally assembled it fit but I don't like to jury-rig new equipment and blacken hardware so I give it 3 stars for the inconvenience and the missing bolt.

This fit very well on my saiga 12. I shot about 400 rounds through it. Be sure to put lock tite on the screws. I had a rail come loose, but it also had a heavy tac light on it. I stripped one of the screws out on the rail because I had the wrong allen wrench. Be aware of that. It’s way better than the bulky aluminum unit my brother has. I recommend!

Dropped right on my Saiga 12. Works great. The only complaint is that the Allen wrench size is hard to find.
