This is a great stock to upgrade your Remington 700 rifle. I have a 30-06 with an aftermarket magazine adapter and this stock completed the package while it absorbs some of the recoil and is very easy to hold in any weather. I was so impressed with this stock that I purchased the Mini-14 version also.
