best knife i have ever used. gears make opening the knife very smooth. love the black oxide coating. have cleaned 8 racoons and one deer and still is as sharp as when i first got it. great tools great price, great gift idea . i would definetally look at getting one

Awsome tool, had for two years now. One time, I lost it and found it two weeks later under the outdoor faucet being dripped on and not a single sign of rust. I highly trust SOG and own other items such as tigershark and paratool. This is definitely the best multi tool I have ever seen. Made in the US of course. One thing that you can do with this rather than others is open it with one hand-needed in akward situations-and also the gearing makes it literally twice as easy to squeeze something. The knife stays sharp and is easily returnable to it's razor-sharp edge when it just so happens to get dull. My dad had his paratool for about 20 years with no complaints Would not recommend any other multitool or maker.
