I installed this on a Remington 870, supposedly the gun this grip and forend set was made for. However, I had to sand the forend down extensively to prevent it from rubbing against the barrel, which made it very difficult to chamber a round. After modifying the forend, this set performed well, but I wish Pachmayr had done more research before releasing this product for sale! I bought this set with faith in the reputation of Pachmayr and was less than pleased. Looks nice though!
